Branson trip
Loved the location of the condo. We walked to the Grand Village Shops. It was roomy enough for four adults and a baby. The bedroom pillows in master bedroom had an odor and we didn’t use them but we brought our pillows from home so not a big problem. The electric fireplace made a terrible noise. Also the hot water tank is not big enough for everyone to have hot water unless you have about an hour between each shower or bath. We would stay again because we loved the location.

Second stay at this condo. Great location. Easy access to everything downtown Branson.
This is a nice property. Just a few things would make it so much better. It could use just a little updating. The toilet in the master bath runs. I jiggled the handle a lot during our stay and had to get up in the night to get it to stop. The carpet is pulling up in the kitchen between the counter side with the dishwasher and the island. My husband stepped on it a couple of times and it stabbed his toe. The first time we stayed they had told us there was trim broken on the island and was going to be repaired. It is still broken. (This did not hurt anything, just mentioning that it still needs repaired) The mattress in the master bedroom has visible sinking spots where people sleep. A new mattress would make a world of difference. It's not a bad place. It could just use a little attention. If nothing else, you really need to fix the toilet. It's costing you money with the water running all of the time! Just another observation, you need to get rid of the fake flowers in the vases. They just look outdated. Just my opinion. We need a place with a recliner. That, and the location is the reason we chose this place. My husband has a bad back, and the recliners worked out great. Thank you all so much.

Lovely place to stay
We have stayed in this condo twice now. It is perfect for my husband and I to bring our two grandchildren for spring break. The only complaints we have are that the tub drain plug did not work so the kids could not take a bath and the toilet ran continuously unless you juggled the handle, which was hard for the kids to do to get it to stop. Otherwise, it was perfect for us, especially the sunroom for the kids to play in!

Sunroom was Perfect!
The condo was perfect for us and our two grandchildren. The sunroom was the ideal place for the grandchildren to have all their toys and plenty of space to play. They loved it! We couldn’t have found a better place to spend 4 days!

Nice Property
Location was great, condo clean. No complaints at all. The beds were not comfortable to us, but we prefer soft rather than firm. I’m sure if you like a firm bed they would be fine - I just chalk that up to personal preference.
