Nice place, very clean
We enjoyed staying here. The kitchen and bathrooms are a bit dated, but was okay. The only thing we did not like was that the two living room couches were not comfortable.

Good Stay but had Issues
We arrived and was unable to get into the Condo with security code. We called and was given new code and was able to gain access. The first morning there our electricity went off. After an hour or so I started checking other units in the building. They all had electricity. We called the manager and they told us they were checking into it. We figured out the electricity was cut off and had to be turned back on. I called management back and they told us it would be back on within the hour, and to be fair it was. After that management never checked to see if this was done or if we needed anything. They never contacted us to see if everything was ok for the rest of our stay. We lost 1/2 our first day due to no electricity. If you are staying at this condo, you will also find odd labels on EVERYTHING with instructions everywhere. To the point it makes you feel a little uncomfortable. We had a good stay and Branson and didn't let our experience damping our trip but just wanted to be honest and put this out there.

We really enjoyed are stay. Close to everything we wanted to do :) make sure you put in GPS Fall Creek Marina. That will that you right there... Otherwise you will end up in an unknown street that tells you that your GPS lied lol. The views from the screen sunroom are spectacular! We did not use the amenities, we definitely will on next stay and we plan to book it for longer!

Nice but could use a few more amenities. Very clean, spacious and nice. TV’s are pretty small, no fan in the extra bedroom so a free standing fan would be helpful, no large frying pan. The location was good and the unit itself was large enough, just a little lacking compared to others we have stayed at. Overall good trip.

Home with a view
The location was amazingly convenient to all Branson has to offer. The sun porch facing the lake was a highlight for the grownups and the multiple pools were highlights for the kids. We saw a neighborhood armadillo and Santa Claus! We will come back for sure.

Wonderful view and location is awesome!
We had a great time at this condo. The location was perfect for our family. My boys had a wonderful time being able to walk over and fish at the marina. There’s plenty of amenities at the resort to entertain your little ones without spending all your money on the strip.

First Time Branson
First trip to branson. Two adults, two ten year olds. Day one arrive to no hot water. Shout Out to the emergency contact “Leigh” for acting quickly and getting a plumber out to fix water heater. Unfortunately indoor and outdoor pools were both closed. Condo itself was very nice and comfortable. Would recommend. Thanks again to Leigh to saving the day. The management company, “evolve”, i could do without. I’m not sure how much benefit they really are to the renter.

Husband's first time in branson. He enjoyed the water view
Arrived at night in the pouring rain! Condo was hard to find due to the weather, but with one phone call the condo location was sent to my cell and we found it. The physical address on the email was not working in my GPS. Condo was clean, quiet, and it met our needs for the three nights. The hot water tank did not support the jaccuzi tub as the hot water ran out really quick. Husband thinks a heating element is out on their tank. I would recommend Condo to anyone wanting to come to branson.

The condo was nice. We throughly enjoyed the view of the Taneycomo lake on the sunroom. Information said it would be some coffee pods and there was none. Please leave more toilet paper in the bathrooms, 3 adults need more than one extra roll for the week. The only major complaint on our place was that I took my shoes off in the living room and was in white socks, picked up my shoes and walked to the bedroom and my socks were black in that short walk. I would assume that the flooring hadn’t been mopped in a long time. That happened on our first night. We would ask for this condo again if we ever come back, so quiet. Negative note was we tried to use the outdoor pool and they never opened it until late afternoon 3pm and not when it was warm and the sun out hot. The indoor pool at Diamond Resort, we found that staff was very rude and felt put out by us asking how to get in to that area without a card. We didn’t realize we were having to use another places indoor pool, we thought it was part of Fall Creek when we rented the room. Indoor area pool and spa was nice but we never used it due to staffs rudeness, certainly didn’t feel welcomed there.

Nice Clean condo with Bedrooms/Baths on opposite ends, open floor plan, great view from enclosed porch right on a peaceful part of the lake. Loved the floors in the condo and lots of counter space in the kitchen and baths. The master bath is a tub/shower combo, with a pretty big step into it. No problem for us, but if elderly it, might be a concern.

We originally booked a different place to stay .. but when we arrived, someone else was already in the middle of their stay. Our money was refunded. BUT when looking for another place. We came across this one but was available till 4pm the next day. We got a hotel for the night then called the owner of this place and explained our situation , she was amazing and said of course we can check in early. This saved our 4 day mini vaycay trip. Thank-you so much. And the condo was clean and beautiful
