2 Bedroom, 2 Bath ~ Tree Top View of Taneycomo plus Golfing, Pools, and Fishin
We hope you will choose to stay at our newly-renovated and newly-furnished 2 Bed / 2 Bath condo overlooking Lake Taneycomo in the beautiful Point Royale Golf Community.
We have one King bed and one Queen bed, all with comfy new mattresses and a new sleeper sofa that will pull out to a Queen bed as well. There is a new modern electric fireplace installed in the corner of the living room with an all stone accent wall. There are 2 flat screen smart TV's in the unit.
A new sliding barn door is a fun addition to the living room. This area opens up to the hallway where there is a closet for the new washer and dryer you are free to use. It's also a short cut to the Master Bedroom and Bath. The Master Bedroom and the Living Room both have sliding glass doors that go out to the private deck.
This deck offers you a tree top view with the sweet sounds of the gently moving water below and glimpses of the sparkling waters of Taneycomo. In the winter, you can see more of the lake and all the way to Tablerock Dam.
The kitchen has everything you should need to cook a few meals if you desire. It features stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and a black quartz counter top. There is seating for 4 at the table and 2 at the bar. This unit also has all new flooring, is freshly painted and has a new HVAC system, water heater and water softener.
It is an easy access condo with parking right out front and only 6 steps up to the spacious landing and covered front porch area. Pointe Royale is a gated community which you will get access to and features a fabulous golf course you are welcome to play plus there is free access to a large and gorgeous outdoor pool, an indoor pool, hot tub, a workout gym, and hiking trails. There is a great little grill at the clubhouse to go get breakfast, lunch or a cold drink if you desire.
And don't forget about the fishing! Incredible trout fishing access right in Pointe Royale! We are just downstream from the trout hatchery. (Some limits and rules apply.)
Branson is such a fun place to visit! We are on the South side of Branson with easy access to Table Rock State Park and Marina only 5.6 miles away and only 5.8 miles to Dolly Parton's Stampede on the Highway 76 Strip with lots of fun things to do and see in between.

Loved this condo!
My husband and I just spent a week in this condo in Branson. The condo was perfect for us. It had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. We stay in condos quite a bit and this one surpassed what we usually experience for cleanliness and comfort.. Beds and recliners were comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed with all we needed. We loved that there were only seven small steps to get up to the condo. We would recommend this condo to anyone wanting a peaceful, relaxing place to get away.

Perfect Condo for My Family
My family was extremely pleased staying in this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. The condo was clean and had the perfect amenities (washer/dryer, coffee maker, kitchen, nice living area, chess game, swimming pool at the golf club house) that made our stay quite enjoyable. The condo is located within a 5 to 15 minute drive of the attractions in Branson. The entrance to the golf resort has great sight lines for seeing cars compared to the other resorts in the area as Branson is located in a hilly area. A suggested don't miss while you are in Branson is swimming at Moonshine Beach for a $5 entrance fee. The beach is 5 minutes from the condo. Very happy staying in this condo and we hope to come back.

Great Family Vacation
This property was clean and comfortable and conveniently located near the attractions our family enjoyed. It is secluded enough that we didn’t feel like we were in the middle of hustle and bustle, which we prefer. The kitchen had more than everything we needed. The homeowner left a fantastic assortment of items you may forget to pack (disposable toothbrush for example). We would stay here again should we visit Branson in the future.

Great Condo in Great Community!
The condo itself was fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked, the furniture (both living room and the beds) comfy, and the bedrooms/bathrooms were spacious. The community surrounding the condo has lots of amenities - we played golf (course was challenging and fun) and ate at the restaurant in the clubhouse. We also ate in the restaurant at the community office just outside the gate. Both were good and within walking distance. This is a condo I would recommend and visit again!

Comfortable and nice stay in Branson
Condo was easy to find, comfortable, and quiet. It is conveniently located to everything in Branson. Condo is spacious, clean, and has everything you need while staying. We loved the view from the back porch and all the amenities in the gated community. We enjoyed golf, basketball courts, and tried fishing in the back creek. The Pantry/gas station was close and convenient. Danna’s had the best bbq. We loved Top of the Rock, The Haygoods, Titanic Museum, Branson Scenic Railway, & Parlour Donuts. We hope to be back sometime!

Damage deposit
Unusually high damage deposit pre-charged. After a week post checkout without receiving deposit back, I inquired of the manager and they responded that they didn’t know anything about it and that I should contact VRBO. I Contacted VRBO and they said the owner/manager dictates damage deposits. With an uneasy feeling, I pushed VRBO for return of the deposit and they said they would contact owner/manager. I did get the large deposit back, but keeping that amount of money for more than a week after checkout is inexcusable.

Ahhhh...Restful Rejuvenation
Celebrating 57 years of friendship, my friend flew in so we could relax, reminisce and remind ourselves what joy we have in one another's presence. The condo was absolutely perfect for sharing thoughts and dreams. The host was 'johnny on the spot' and answered questions immediately via email. We felt safe, inspired, pampered by the 'extras' supplied and spoiled! I will definitely share with others and can't wait to go back again with my husband or maybe another girls weekend!
