This hotel has been our stay for the last 5 years twice a year, must be new owners as the linens were never changed, rooms were not cleaned dayli as it had in the past, the breakfast was horrible, one morning it didn't open till 7:30 am, the hot breakfast items were cold and the gravy was always extremely salty. We will not be staying there anymore nor will we recommend this hotel.

The property is older. Room smelled like moth balls & gave grungy motel vibes. I went to the room & immediately sought a room elsewhere. We checked out within an hour of checking in.

Good hot breakfadt - eggs, sausage, pancakes, biscuits & gravy, pastriess, yogurt, cereal, coffee and huices. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. It was a little noisy (mainly could hear the plumbing witb someone above us turned on the shower or flushed the toilet). Staff was nice and the lobby was decorated for Christmas.

Best place in Branson!
I don’t ever give reviews but wanted to this time. This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, in Branson! We’ve had so many bad stays at other facilities but this one was WONDERFUL! Staff was friendly and attentive, free breakfast was hot, the kitchen area was constantly clean and stocked, the check in desk was polite and very informative on where everything was. When we go back to Branson, this will be where we got from now on. Very affordable and worth the money! Thanks so much for a great stay!

The room and hotel were very clean. The hotel is old and could use some updating, but it was comfortable. I would choose clean and older over newer and dirty. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet during the night. The shower temperature could have been hotter. It was not warm enough for me. We didn’t eat the free breakfast. Overall, the cleanliness and friendliness made our stay a very pleasant one.

While the hotel is older --- it was very clean! The bed was comfortable -- but the pillows were thin. (Next time I stay here I will bring my own pillow :) We will definitely stay here again ---

Great stay for family!
If you are looking for a budget friendly place to stay that has a great free breakfast and close to shows and attractions in Branson, this is it. The rooms were clean and well equipped however, the thing the pushes the Scenic Hills Inn far ahead of the competition is the staff. We have stayed in many places but the staff here provide the absolute best customer service. Our stay was 4 days (some of our family stayed 7 days) and we all agree, Nash, at the front desk and Pinky who worked every day keeping the breakfast area clean and replenished we’re beyond positive, considerate, and consistently displayed a smile and kind word. These two staff were the example of exceptional service. Five star service at a fraction of the typical hotel cost!
