Come and enjoy world class skiing and dining in our heart of Breckenridge condo.

Just an 8minute walk to/from the base of Peak 9 and Main Street, this spacious owner-managed condo has been renovated throughout.

The Entryway offers plenty of storage space for all your gear including bikes. Short stairs lead up to the living area or down to the bedrooms.

The open, relaxing living/dining room has a new gas fireplace for cosy nights in, two sofas and a full dining table with seating for six, suitable for quick snacks or a family feast prepared in the well-equipped kitchen (includes Keurig). Above the fireplace is a 50" Smart TV with bluetooth 2.1 soundbar. With full cable and wifi included, you can browse the 100+ channels or sign-in to Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. with your own account on the TV or connect your own devices. One sofa converts into a Queen bed and a convenient upstairs bathroom includes a brand new shower cubicle.

Downstairs are two bedrooms, both with Queen beds. The master has a second Smart TV while the second includes a twin bunk, comfortably accommodating 6 people. Also downstairs is a washroom with separate toilet/bath/shower.

The condo includes access to communal hot tubs and outdoor heated pool. Also included is one on-site parking space, though we recommend one of the many shuttle companies operating frequently between the airport and Breck allowing you to skip the snowy drive, since the location means no car required!

As locals living in town, we would be delighted to help out with any questions regarding the area or activities.

Great week
Victoria was easy to work with. Smooth check in and out. Bedrooms downstairs were quiet and comfortable. Upstairs kitchen and living/dining area were good size. WiFi and TV worked well. Only suggestions would be to replace dining chairs. Very loose. Also recommend a curtain on the windows by the door as everyone walks by and looks in. I would also ask that cone filters be supplied for the coffee maker. Overall great condo and easy access to everything. Thanks

A nice option, but one and done for me.
Location is very good. Can walk to town, in snow, in less than 10 minutes. Coin-operated laundry has no change machine, so plan ahead. Condo itself is old, creaky and thin-walled. Even from the lower level bedrooms, you can hear people in the upper unit walking around, running water, rearranging their ski boot collection, etc. at all hours of the night. Condo was clean. Kitchen was functional and well-stocked for cooking. Main living room TV is small. Bluetooth 2.1 speaker was a nice touch. Gas fireplace is nice, but only worked occasionally. Bathrooms were the nicest part of the entire unit, especially the upstairs one. The upstairs toilet clogged multiple times, which was undesirable. We found Drain-O MAX in basement closet, so it's not an unknown issue. Furnishings were worthy of a college dorm. Beds were not particularly comfortable, even with the mattress toppers. Both bunk bed mattresses were wrapped in old-school plastic protectors that crinkled loudly. Newer waterproof mattress protectors (like I have on my kids beds at home) are soft and silent. Bedroom dressers were tired and very cheap (IKEA). I was worried that one false move would cause total failure. Wall-to-wall carpet was very worn and needs to be replaced. Ski storage area at entry was functional and very useful. Many outlets in bedrooms and living room were blanked off, which made charging electronics inconvenient. For a total cost, after fees, of $643/ night, I will look elsewhere next time.

This property is conveniently located to peak 9 Beaver Run and to the main street area. The unit is clean and nicely renovated. Victoria is highly responsive to questions, etc and we had no issues at all. I highly recommend this property for your next visit to Breck.

Warrior's Mark - Peak 9
We had a great stay at Warrior's Mark! We were pleasantly surprised at the short walk to Quicksilver lift! You do not have to go back to Main St or wait for a bus, there is a clear walking path that leads straight to Quicksilver. You also have a short walk to downtown for a night out or shopping. The property was extremely clean, well-stocked with kitchen utensils and towels (both for in-house use and separate towels for the hot tub/heated pool), and even had games for adults and kids to enjoy. Victoria was extremely responsive and kind. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Prime Location
This unit was as described and was perfect for our 5 guests. While it could sleep more I wouldn’t recommend it personally, as it might get cramped, but that’s just me. It was well appointed, cute and as appearing in photos. 10 minute walk in ski gear to quicksilver chair and less when going out to dinner. Easily walkable to everything downtown. Communication with the host was fantastic as well. Would stay again anytime.

Perfect, clean condo
In all the years I've been coming to Breck, this was one of the best condos I've rented. It was easy to find, easy to communicate with the owners, and very clean and efficient inside. It was also very nicely remodeled, so not the usual early 90s decor and appliances you see in Breck. It was an easy, short walk to the Peak 9 base, and a very short walk to the pool and hot tubs (although they were very crowded by 4:30). It was nice to have the bedrooms on the lower level, with our living and kitchen above. That way we didn't have to worry about noise above us while sleeping. Wi-Fi and TVs worked great. The unit heated up and stayed warm to the point that I didn't have to bundle up inside the condo. I would highly recommend this unit, and will likely try to stay again.

Sweet Ski Condo!!
This property checked all the boxes for us :). Plenty of space for family of 5, really loved the updated bathrooms and the foyer was so perfect for everyone’s ski gear etc! Short walk to bottom of Peak 9 and to downtown. Hot tubs and pool were great as well. Cooking utensils / pots and pans were limited but overall had everything we needed/wanted and loved it . 5 stars!

Great location and easy to get around town without driving. The grandkids loved the pool and we enjoyed the hot tubs. Beds were comfortable and we had enough room for 3 adults and 4 children. Very quiet and peaceful location. Only thing was the TV downstairs wasn’t set up to cable box or plugged in. Grandkids wanted to watch a movie as was raining and we had to move dresser to get everything plugged in and hooked up to cable box. Once set up the kids said it was like a theater as black out curtains showed no light, they were happy! Condo itself was clean and comfortable (except behind tv). Sliding glass door was hard to open and close but was doable and kids were out watching a fox for awhile. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay very much. No hot pads in kitchen so had to use dish towels to get food out of the oven but had no issues doing that. We had everything we needed to fix our meals as well. Would stay here again in the future. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

First, the owners are EXTREMELY responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. We had a couple of issues to manage during our stay, and I could not be happier with how they managed them - sincerely, they were great! Pros: - Great location for skiing - convenient laundry facilities - comfortable size for our family of 4 - wonderful owners to work with Cons: - Community pool / hot tub was an issue. We’ve stayed at Warriors before and they always seem to have hot tub and or pool issues. This year was the worst though with the pool actually having a layer of ice on it for a day and one of the hot tubs being drained. - the unit would benefit from some simple updates / finishes to make it more comfortable. For example - - the upstairs bathroom vanity has no knobs on the doors, it is minor, but still - why not have them? - no top sheets for the beds. - no throw blankets in the living room. Again, minor, but would have been nice. - sliding door to the balcony is extremely hard to open and close - we did it use it much because it was cold out, but in warmer days it would have been nice to be able to open. - fireplace would not start when we arrived. Owners were GREAT and had it repairs promptly, but the fireplace itself seems to be on its last legs. Overall, our stay was a good one, and honestly, the owners were so nice and responsive I don’t like leaving a critical review - but I also hope the honest feedback benefits them and future renters.
