Beware of Courtyard Construction. TERRIBLE NOISE!
The condo was nice, but the courtyard at the property was being renovated. On Monday July 1, 2024, I woke up in a panic due to terrible non-stopping noise that sounded like someone was cutting something with a chainsaw. When I came outside, I realized they were stripping and polishing concrete. The handyman was surprised to find out I didn't know about the work being done and said: "We have been doing it for the last 2 months. I am surprised no one warned you". I tried looking for the property keeper. Their door was open, but they were nowhere to be found. I tried calling customer service asking to be moved, but the only thing they could do is to send a request to the property manager advising of the situation. It was raining, so we could not go sightseeing to escape the construction. I ran to the Breckenridge Resort Managers office only to find it empty. I sat on a bench next to is and a maintenance worker came by. He saw me crying and contacted General Manager. GM came shortly after and was able to move us to a different property.

While the condo is nice inside, the complex is VERY noisy. You can hear every noise in the building. People walking the hallways, people walking the stairs, you can hear every step by upstairs neighbors. And traffic noise outside.

Nice condo. No air conditioning, but we didn’t think we would need it. It was hot during the day but cooled down at night. Just a few blocks from downtown so location was great.

The condo is quite large and is very comfortable. It is an easy walk to the Main Street for food, entertainment and shopping. There are some great views out of the living room towards the mountains. A larger family will comfortably enjoy this condo. The pool and spa were very cold the time we visited them but Otherwise they are good ammenities.
