The guest room includes a twin and a queen bed, both with new mattresses (2021), blackout shades (2022) for a restful sleep, and a detached bathroom that doubles as a powder room for all guests.
The newly remodeled kitchen (2023) is a chef's dream, equipped with brand-new appliances and drawers stocked with pots, pans, and gadgets, making it easy to whip up a gourmet feast. Step out onto the deck, where you'll find a propane grill facing the mountain, perfect for enjoying easy dinners while soaking in the breathtaking views. The dining table seats 8, providing ample space for everyone to gather and share stories from the day. The unit also features 28-foot ceilings, a gas fireplace, newly installed baseboard heaters (2022), and ceiling fans in the bedrooms for year-round comfort.
For your entertainment, enjoy two Roku-enabled TVs, Cable, WiFi, and a collection of board games and puzzles for all ages.
**The Building:**
Leave your car in the heated underground parking garage (with elevator access) and forget about the hassle of skier parking lots. The garage's heated ramp leads to a convenient 3-minute walk to the base of the mountain. The building also features credit-card-operated washing machines and dryers on every floor. Please note, the garage has a 6’6” clearance, which may limit access for some larger vehicles.
**Location:**
Nestled in the quiet and accessible Warriors Mark area, this condo is adjacent to the base of Peak 9 and just 100 yards from Main Street Station. Enjoy easy access to shopping, dining, and endless après-ski activities. A short walk will take you to the Breckenridge Ice Rink and hiking trails south of town. Guests have access to the Columbine pool and hot tub from the opening day of ski season through Labor Day, located just a 2-minute walk down a beautiful wooded path behind the building. Enjoy mingling with residents in this community setting, complete with indoor facilities and changing rooms.
**Getting Around:**
Breckenridge is a walkable town, with Main Street just a 3-minute stroll from the condo. The town bus system is also highly convenient during peak seasons. While a car is recommended for travel to Summit County, shuttle services from Denver International Airport are available. Note that rideshare options can be unreliable, and a car is necessary for adventures beyond Main Street. Guests are allotted one heated parking spot during their stay.
