In total there are 6 full bathrooms and 3 powder rooms.

FIRST FLOOR
As you enter the house, you’re engulfed in a grand entryway with a large staircase to the second floor and a view of the dining room, music room and family room. The coffered wall of the entryway and the ceilings of the formal rooms are impressive. The dining room seats 12, has a traditional wood burning fireplace and original art by Jamali. The music room displays the owner’s guitars and books on classic rock musicians and events, a flat screen TV and a gas fireplace. The Family Room has a gas fire place, a flat screen TV and a surround system best for sports and movies. The formal Living Room contains a gas fireplace and is beautifully decorated featuring art by leading local artist, Christopher Engel and the Brazilian artist Romero Britto. The Family Room and Living Room have French Doors that open to the backyard’s bluestone patio, pool and grass play areas.
The gourmet kitchen is perfect for entertaining and, of course, cooking. The kitchen table seats 6 and the bar stools seat and additional 3.
BEDROOMS
The Master Suite, located on the second floor, is spectacular and includes a Master Bedroom complete with dual closets, a King Size Bed, gas fireplace, flat screen TV and a lavish Master Bathroom including a steam shower and soaking tub. Included in the Master Suite is a Sitting Room best for reading, viewing TV or opening the French Doors and sitting on its private deck overlooking the pool. Finally, if you must, you can do some office work in the Master Sitting Room’s desk.
In addition to the Master, all other guest rooms are generously sized with 4 ensuite bathrooms. In total, the Master and 4 guest rooms are located on the second floor. 3 of those guest rooms are equipped with a Queen-Sized Bed, a comfortable reading chair and plenty of furniture for your clothing. The 4th has a Flat Screen TV, a sleeper sofa, a dresser and ensuite bathroom.
Two additional bedrooms are located on the lower level. They share a Jack & Jill bathroom. One lower level bedroom has a Queen-Sized bed, the other has two Twin Beds. Each have a sitting chair and dresser.
LOWER LEVEL
The oversized, architect designed lower level has professional hi-end custom details with its own HVAC zone, high dry wall ceilings, exquisite moldings with detailed lighting. The Movie Theater is professionally designed including a 120” screen with surround-sound. The Theater is open to a bar perfect for entertaining during a movie or a sports event. In a separate section there’s a Pool Table with Ping Pong Table Conversion Top. In addition, there’s a turntable where you can listen to classic music, bringing you back in time!
The lower level has a Powder Room and as indicated previously, has two bedrooms sharing a Jack & Jill bathroom.
OUTDOOR FUN AMENITIES -
The 20’ x 40’ pool is heated with Salt-Water and connected to a Hot-Tub. There is a compliant “Child Safety Pool Fence” with self-closing gates. Child Safety Pool alarms on all backyard facing doors leading from the house to the backyard.
The dining table seats 8 and is covered by an umbrella to shade you and your guests. The grill is gas line fed and is lit for late night barbecuing. There are 8 chaise lounges surrounding the pool. Two oversized umbrellas giving plenty of shade and 4 tables for your drinks and snacks. In addition, the backyard features two outside couches surrounding a fire pit for those cooler nights. The backyard is fully Deer Fenced allowing you to enjoy the the yard safely.
In the three-car garage you’ll find 2 adult sized Bicycles.

Situated in a private community between the villages of Sag harbor and Bridgehampton. Only 6 minutes to Sag Harbor’s Long Beach and 12 minutes to Sagg Main beach.
The towns of Sag Harbor, Bridgehampton and Southampton with their shopping, restaurants and beaches are a short drive away. If you’re renting in August, you’ll be delighted to know that the house is in close proximity to The Hampton Classic, one of the largest outdoor horse shows in the US.
TERMS
This luxury, custom, Hampton's house is available for either 2 weeks or a month this summer. Families with Grandparents, babies and young children are strongly preferred. Absolutely NO party group. NO Smoking in or around the house. NO more than 15 people on the property at any time. NO parties or events without written permission. Must be 35 or older to rent.
