Nice flat, unfit yet to rent out
flat came with so many hiccups that it was impossible to enjoy. internet did not work, not even enough to connect one device, no speed to the internet. shower flooded and there were issues with the drainage system of the flat so the washing machine was flooding as well, so we couldn't do any laundry. we rented the place for family of 5 counting on good internet and washing facilities, none of which we could use so we had a very unpleasant time, buying GB ourselves and using hotspot on phones, and doing laundry in a laundry service, so a lot of extra money and hassle and stress. flat is in the middle of construction land so impossible to enjoy and even to talk to each other during daytime because of exrtreme noise pollution from construction sites across the building. Unfit to be rented out yet, lonely, deserted place, far away from everything, not even basic groceries around the corner. We had a stressful unpleasant week and would not recommend it to anybody if the problems are not solved. owners did try to help by refunding 250 dollars but once they did the refund they stopped looking into solving the shower and washing machine issues and the internet issues. Bad and disappointing experience. great on pics, totally disappointing in reality
