This property was like staying at hotel hell. From the rudeness of the after hours staff who quite literally told me to sleep on the street if I couldn't pay a $200 surcharge to get my key, to a room with absolutely zero phone service and then an hour wait til I could receive a list of wifi passwords that I had to go thru one by one until I found one that worked. To the complete disregard of the checkout staff that would not allow me an extra 20 minutes to have a shower and then claimed to have returned my deposit yet here I am 4 hours later with no sign of them refunding my deposit. This accommodation facility were by far the rudest I've experienced with no guest care whatsoever.

The location to Southbank and ability to walk everywhere was fabulous. Our unit was clean but had massive cracks in the walls and was very noisy at night. Check in was easy and cheap parking

The bed was very comfortable and great location. The staff were very helpful. My only issue is that only some of the rooms are newly renovated as the apartments are privately owned. It’s a bit random if you get an awesome apartment or a rundown one!

Good amenities in regards to kitchen facilities and washing machine- with laundry detergent provided. Good sized apartment. Smart tv. Comfy bed. Smaller gym facility than expected- only x1 treadmill and x1 bike, nothing else. Girl on reception was very friendly and helpful. Communication could be better as no instruction on how to access wifi or where the pool and gym were. Did also message the property to ask this without reply. Was also given the impression via email that an after-hours check-in would be facilitated by sending me a text with a lockbox code the day before but this was not the case, code can only be given once physically at the property. Overall, would recommend and would happily stay again.

Really lovely apartment, loved the layout of the apartment and the view across the railway bridge. The aircon was good and the 1 bathroom per bedroom was such a great idea !

The location of the Apartment was great. It was an easy walk to South Bank. Loved the Markets. The staff were very accomodating and organised an early check in at about 11:30 am which was great as we had arrived in Brisbane at around 6:45am. They also stored our luggage Pre checkin and after check out which gave us the opportunity to explore more of the area. The carpet was a bit stained and so were the curtains. The bed was very comfortable. Loved the pool. Overall a great stay.
