It’s a good modern hotel, was not so great for business, only coat hooks for shirt hanging, basin in the room with warm mixer tap for drinking water etc. but i’d stay for a city break as great location.

We stayed for two nights in a Superior Double and found it very comfortable and convenient. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed, although only one pillow each and these were not the most comfortable. We asked for a second pillow each on the first night, but none were available. The second night we asked again and, this time, they had two spare. This made for a much more comfortable sleep. Breakfast was good and the surroundings clean and inviting. All staff were friendly and helpful at all times, especially upon check-in where the gentleman at the front desk took time to talk us through the city map and make recommendations for places to visit. Overall, a great hotel in an excellent and convenient location which it is very hard to fault. Would visit again and would recommend to a friend.

This is an excellent hotel within walking distance of the Nyugati train station, eateries, the Parlament building, St. Stephen’s Basilica, and the Chain Bridge to the Buda side of the Danube. Everything is modern, clean, and in excellent condition. The free breakfast is very good with lots of selection. The staff are friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.

Overall, our stay at the hotel was very positive. Nice size room, comfortable needs, excellent breakfast. However, there was one area where the hotel was lacking badly: there were no closets, no drawers, no place to store clothing and other belongings. Also, no towel racks. Very inconvenient.

Check in experience was awesome. Staffs were so friendly and helpful. I do like the location and everything around it. However, I was having problem during the check out, while i was having discussion the invoice issue with the front desk staff in 4 o'clock in the mooring. That staff went xxxxx and starting to yelling at me and ask me to leave the property or he's gonna call police. seriously ? Really ? c'mon

Water in sink and shower did not drain properly. Also when i asked front desk about if water was available they were rude and said just go out to the store and buy it. If you’re looking for a minimalist college dorm feel, look no further. Small rooms. No closet space in our unit at all. Great for a port in a storm, but if amenities, closet space and seating areas are what you need, book a bigger room. Staff and breakfast was terrific. We probably should have looked at the actual room size before choosing this one. A bright spot was that we had an outside balcony with seating and a nice warm western facing facade. Also, just a short walk to the river and parliament.

Great for sites and restaurants.
The hotel was in a great location for both the sites and restaurants. The hotel is itself quite minimalist, but the shower was excellent and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was substantial, setting us up for the days walking. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. We would have liked a small safe in the room to keep passports and other small items. Also would have liked a shelf or bedside cabinet, but these were only minor criticisms.
