Emergency map plan located in hallway next to bedrooms. COVID19 Safety List with Guest Book, Sleeping Capacity (6) 2 adults per room comfortably 1 adult on Futon or 2 children comfortably, mirrors conveniently located in each room for the ladies, ceiling fans in all rooms, individual thermostats per room, towels are kept in each room for your convenience. Wall mount hangers for clothes and towels. Clocks and wall plugs have USB ports (please leave ports plugged into the wall). Nearby grocery store, city park, downtown shops, and restaurants. Easy access to Hot springs, hiking, rafting, fishing, kayaking, biking, jeep tours, horseback riding, browns adventure park, ghost towns, Arkansas river, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, 45 minutes away from Monarch Ski area, Cooper, Buena Vista is approx. 2 hours from Denver. This region of Colorado is famous for its Rocky Mountain row of peaks “Fourteeners” over 14,000 feet. That will make for breathtaking views day or night or challenging outdoor adventures any time of year.

All travelers must send a copy of Valid Driver’s License. Sign and Sent attached AGREEMENT once contact information is displayed in system and Agreement is sent via email. Booking is not completed until these documents are receive.
Bicycles Welcome BYOB, please park on side of home or in the back of property for shelter.
