Poor stay

Hotel was on the hall very good. However, I have never been asked to pay to use the coffee machine fin my room. Bottled water was only provided on the first evening. Very disappointed. Staff were actually very helpful, but the hotel was let down by these little things

Enjoyable stay

Very comfortable hotel with friendly helpful staff Central location with easy walking to shopping and a number of excellent restaurants. Surprisingly good food in the lower level of the Pacifica Mall. Excellent cigar bar 5-6 blocks away
