The shuttle driver and proximity to the airport were both great. The staff at the front were not frienldy at all and actually charged me for a day longer of extended parking than they were supposed to. My husband begged me not to argue about it so i didnt. The rooms were nice. But finding our room was difficult. Overall would recommend for airport convenience.

While they are attempting renovations, still dated and dirty. Room was worn and dirty looking. Pictures of place were nothing like it actually looked. Received email the day before our check-in about restaurant being closed despite an email every day leading up to check in welcoming us, would have been nice to know prior to booking.

This place is FILTHY

I booked this room for my sister so she didnt have to travel in a snow storm to make it to the airport. When she gets there the room is absolutely disgusting. She asked to be placed into another room and was placed in another dirty room. When she commented on the status of the room the receptionist said that theyve been trying to work with cleaning staff to do a better job. She left and went and stayed at the airport. Complete waste of money!
