Good hotel for a quick stay in Buffalo
We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We appreciated the microwave and full size refrigerator. The location was close to the freeway and most of the attractions that we were interested in (Martin House, art museum, city hall). Would stay here again if we are ever in Buffalo.

The property is dated. The immediate surroundings are loud. There is little within walking distance in terms of service. The house cleaners are way too loud in terms of talking and doors. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly.

The staff were all friendly and helpful from check in to check out. My room was spacious clean and very comfortable. The free shuttle to dinning and other things in the area is wonderful and helpful since it's in the middle of a medical district. This is the only negative of this property - it's surrounded by hospitals and medical buildings, so nothing is very close.

The staff were all very kind and personable, but it would have been nice to know that the hotel restaurant is closed down and that there really isn’t a safe place to walk to for food. Also, our phone randomly rang in the middle of the night and flashed with messages from 2023. The bed however was one of the most comfortable beds I ever have slept on in a hotel. Not sure I will stay here again, but it wasn’t too bad.
