As i checked in, i was informed that if i had reserved earlier, i would have paid less by about $40 to $50. That mostly everyone who was there before us paid so much less than us. I was traveling with two handicapped family members and there were no handicapped accessible rooms available so we were on the 2nd floor and had two climb to sets of weak and disheveled stairs to get to our room which over looked the pool. The pool was filthy and the hot tub shut down down with caution tape and cones surrounding it. Completely unsafe for anyone. Should have been locked up but wasn't. It was open to people who could have fallen in. The stairs were in such disrepair i thought it would give out at one spot. Cigarette butts everywhere.The room was horrible! Beds were hard, dirty floor with dog hair and dead roaches under the beds. The room was hot. The air conditioner was so loud and noisy we couldn't sleep. In the middle of the night the whole front of the air conditioner fell off waking us up from a sweaty sleep. There was no smoke detector. The mini fridge was making noises. There was no cold water from the tap. Water was always warm. We could smell Cigarette smoke coming from outside and people talking till 4:30. This place was a total rip off. We had maybe 3 hours sleep, couldn't take it anymore and left early. Ill be writing the manager and sending pics of everything. I want my money back!
