Mediocre at best
The room smelled, there was a dirty towel on the floor when i entered, some of the blankets were stained. The quality of the room for the price paid was depressing. The Holiday Inn was a touch more expensive, but much much nicer and cleaner.

I think they are slowly updating the property and that is good. I could smell exhaust in my room from idling trucks in the parking lot and there was a large gap which could maybe be fixed to help with this issue. The bed was great, the linen clean and fresh

It was what I expected. Perfectly serviceable accomodations, but nothing luxurious. They were in the middle of renovating and updating the facility. My room was clean and comfortable. Nothing special, but it was fine for my needs.

This was exactly what I expected being a older hotel. Some wear and tear, but they were working on it with signs to apologize. I literally just slept and showered there anyway. Breakfast was good, again I just grabbed a yogurt, but they had waffles, pancakes, etc. All self serve, but a lot of choices. My only 2 issues...the slider did not lock or close all the way in my room and there was no TV channel listing. Both of which I lived with. Overall, I'd stay again.

Best thing about this place was the free breakfast, which offered a surprising number of options. The property itself was very average, and the non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes.

I had to cancel my stay. I know I would not receive a refund and the person was very short with me about why I was calling (I thought it was the right thing to do, I wasn;t asking for a refund). I told her this and she hung up on me. Guess I will not stay there next time I have busines in Burlington.

This hotel could have a lot going for it. The bed was very comfortable, indoor pool was good looking and large, even the balcony was nice. But it needs some major updating of decor, painting and carpet changing to compete with other hotels in the area. The smell in our room seemed like it was musty or could have been the spray used. The whole place needs a major overhaul.
