Normal size room, two queen beds, very clean, no in room coffee maker BUT there is a coffee machine in the lobby available 24-7, 32 room golf/ ski resort. Immaculate grounds, pool is heated, small, has a hot tub (didnt use either), tons of parking, at least during non-ski times. Overall, great place to stay. It is off the beaten road and tucked away in the forest. Second time there and certainly not the last.

Disappointing
We did not feel welcome at this hotel. We have been road-tripping as a family through Michigan and this was our only negative experience. The guy who runs the breakfast in the morning is particularly rude and unhelpful- (there’s a really nice waitress though-put her in charge?) We went to places that were less expensive yet more comfortable and friendlier. Also: dead frogs floating in the pool?!!!

Over charged and no food
I was over charged when I checked in even though I had proof of paying my deposit. The restaurant wasn't open and we were not made aware of that. Closest food options were over 30 minutes away. Not a good experience.

A nice value
It is well known that this property inexplicably has no elevator. It is located in a somewhat remote area with no real dining options or retail options close by. The bathroom in our room was surprisingly small, but the room was spacious. The room was clean. The pool and spa were outdoors. Overall, not a bad place to stay for the money. Just try to get a room on the first floor :)
