Didn’t get the cabin I booked and paid for, not offered any compensation, robbed the first night while we were sleeping. Apparently , I left the key in the cabin door, suspicious of this given I couldn’t close the door properly due to poorly hung curtains. Robbed of every cent we had yet the manager said ‘Lucky the key wasn’t taken, I’d have to keep the $50 cash deposit’. Charming. Didn’t offer to call the police, offered no assistance except to call us a taxi and to call the Cairns airport staff after I had called the police to stay my phone was found discarded onsite, Be warned, do not stay here, 2 taxi drivers warned me, should have listened.

The cabin was well equipped, very clean and parking next to our cabin. Woolworths and Coles within 8 mins driving. Very safe caravan park. The only little negative was the sofa cover and curtains could be replaced.

The recipientist was very towards me , I was also was required to pay another $60 for a room key . I still have my credit their as I need your help to try get my refund back because I do not want to accommodate with them because of their poor costumer service
