The staff were so lovely! They upgraded us to the jacuzzi suite. They also lent us a phone charger when we realized we forgot one. The hotel it definitely older but the staff made up for it

It was a nice and quiet hotel. Clean. In excellent location. The Vallet Parking... that the customer is forced to choose, as there is no other option was not very good. Basically, one gets down to the parking, where the hotel personnel then takes your car key to park it, then you have to go down to the parking again to pick up your car. It is not understandable, how it is a Vallet parking if you have to do both, the parking, and pick up. Secondly, there needs to be an option not to choose a Vallet Parking.

Clean, comfortable and good service. It hit my important needs. It’s old and has a lot of old hotel noise (plumbing, elevator etc) but it did not keep us up at night. The staff was very friendly when we approached them but did not acknowledge us otherwise. Just a nod or smile would have gone a long way. Overall a great stay.

The property is overall a very good standard hotel. It felt safe in the area which was very important. The staff is great and helpful especially when it felt a little too chilly for comfort at 16 deg C the first few nights due to centralized HVAC settings, by providing us with a was portable heater. Heat finally kicked in on our last night. The location is very convenient and either close or walkable to most dining and shopping establishments in downtown Calgary. It’s also just steps from the C-Train or LRT station at 7th Avenue which is really a plus for getting around and farther. I enjoyed staying in the hotel and visiting the wonderful city and the nice people of Calgary. Thank you.
