Lack of necessities at times (paper towels, soap, etc.), and the bed had hair from the previous tenant. All TV channels require log-ins, which a foreign traveler may not have access to.

The suites are beautiful, highly confusing check in process, but the building and suites are lovely, lots right around the building, i would stay again
