A normal one

It was a nice place, close to many convinces like stores, restaurants. Didn’t have much contact with the staff, just a nice place with normal people…. Will recommend this place since the location and environment is good!

This Hotel was well maintained and friendly staff. However, through no fault of the Hotel the city had a water main break and there was no water available to shower or brush teeth, no Ice Machine. If there was water this hotel stay would've been perfect.

Room was not cleaned for three days.

The hotel was nice, but I stood for three days and my was never cleaned or serviced. I requested my room to be serviced after the second night, but it was never completed. I had to asked the front desk for towels. I didn’t need the beds to be made just the trash taken and new towels.

Lame service

Five minutes after we showed up the toilet got clogged for no apparent reason. I called the front desk. They didn’t know where the plunger was. They were going to move me to another room, but they didn’t. They said they would plunge the toilet while we were gone for the evening, but they didn’t. Finally somebody came at midnight and could not plunge the toilet saying that it needed to be snaked. That never happened. I was told to go to the bathroom in the lobby. Was told the hotel could not comp me anything for the room and that Hotels.com needed to do that. As of now, neither has. Brand new hotel. Not very good service.
