Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Wow! What an amazing facility that requires a lot of professional development for their staff. This park is in a beautiful location, you feel like you are in the country. Birds tweeting and quietness. Coffee shop/dining facility, pool, playground etc - great.
Improvement required for:
- Hygiene of cabins, cleaning quality and consistent standard.
- Genuine care of customer satisfaction, health and well-being.
- Staff need to understand that they are in service industry and experience of the customer is essential at all points of contact.
We have never experienced as poor of service/standard from a place that we have stayed and we have stayed many caravan parks, Airbnb, hotels, resorts.
There was a new manager to the park who tried to help us. But the follow up to the experience we had on check in, which required us to be moved twice before finding a clean room was dismal.
Being able to clean toilets and other touched surfaces is pertinent in the accomodation industry for the health and safety of guests.
This was not adequately dealt with by all members of the Alivio team. Only one member was committed to trying to sort this out and we left feeling very sad and negative with our final check out experience too.
This park had huge potential. However the staff unfortunately do not appear to be the right fit or have the correct training to work cohesively to give even satisfactory customer care.
