Friendly, efficient staff. Paid for standard room but received upgrade to suite. All good however no TV in the bedroom (I would rather not have been upgraded if I'd known) also the room was above the car park gate that constantly rumbled and grated when opening and closing. Still nice big room - one pet hate no toilet brush :(. TV stations are very basic. Right on the main highway but no noise at all from the road. Bed was large and very comfy. Bedside clock had a wireless charger. Bathroom dated and really old shower head sprayed water all over the ceiling, floor and cabinet (great water pressure though). Toilet rim was broken. The bathroom really needed and overhaul. A few klms out of town so nothing really in the area. Buffet breakfast was good and room service meal was also fast and tasty. Although a bit dated clean and well maintained and would stay again.

Location was fine. Cleanliness was fine. However the thermostat didn't work as intended given it was a 32 degree day. My room was quite warm. Was forced to head out where there was a cooler environment. Also the went down to speak about Netflix on tv. Even though we are treated to free internet. I was told to hotspot my phone to the tv to use Netflix. Would be nicer if I had a comfortable stay and was a le to lie down and watch my shows during. Apart from that all was good.

Adi was wonderful and most helpful when I checked in!! The air-conditioning system is not the best however Adi provided me with a fan to help circulate the air. The water pressure in the shower is very weak...the bed is super comfy!!

Great easy parking for larger vehicles. Big complex. Stayed for a 1 night stop over. Very comfortable beds. Rooms and furniture looking a little tired. But clean and presentable. Didn’t use the restaurant or bar. But looked like a nice space.

Large rooms, bit dated.
Older hotel, parking is outside. Large rooms but a bit dated. Room service basic menu but nice enough. King size bed was 2 singles pushed together which is a pet hate of mine. Staff friendly and helpful.

Love the courtyard
I love the courtyard of this hotel- great both for a late night drink and for breakfast. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Thanks in particular for the generous tea and coffee (and decaf!), and for shampoo with print that I can read without my glasses.
