The view was gorgeous and breathtaking. I loved the view and enjoyed great food and wonderful natural fruit drinks. It was a wonderful weekend getaway. The only complaint was that there was a leak in my room on the second day, but they moved me right away to a room with ocean view and I was happy with the upgrade. There was some construction going on, but it didn't take away from the beautiful experience.

La atención de el personal es excelente el cuarto con una vista al mar excelente el entretenimiento muy bueno lo que le faltó a este hotel fueron dos cosas la comida podría mejorar y cuando salimos alas 12 si quieres quedarte unas horas extras y hacer uso de las instalaciones nos dijeron que tenía un costa de $200 pesos por persona como $10 dls que en Cancún normalmente en otros hoteles no cobran y te dejan estar hasta las 5 de la tarde

Beach was horrible. Most of the sand washed away so the beach was very rocky. You could barely find a place to stand that didn’t hurt your feet. Then a wave would come and force you to move and you would bash into rocks. The servers were not very friendly or helpful. Ex. Asked for a coke multiple times at the beach / pool area and was told you had to go buy one from the shop because they only served alcoholic beverages. When a server would bring a coke, it was a completely flat coke that was undrinkable. Food options were very limited and not good. My room was not maintained well. Damage to doors, mirrors, facets, etc. They don’t use a fitted bottom sheet in the beds. The sheet they did use was too small and would wrinkle under you while you were trying to sleep. It made the beds very uncomfortable. I could not wait to leave this hotel. I will not return or recommend this hotel to anyone else.

Feels like a2 start hotel not 4 and thsi is why: One single restaurant for breakfast and lunch with limited cheap ingredients food . I never seen trans fats liquid margarine (the one movie theaters use for their popcorn ) on almost all their sautés In the evening 2 other restaurants were available Not kids club supervision No stretch classes in the morning as they advertise . No shows in the night - in other words it felt very boring nothing to offer type of hotel and not a resort There are dogs on the beach . These property offer Airbnb so you would see other tourists bringing Teri own foods and drinks in the beach Not kids friendly .

We loved Oleo and it is our second time as guests. If you want a chill place with clean rooms, good food, nice pool and great service this is the place! Alberto was the best!!!this is the place. I don't like mega resorts that you have to walk 10 min from your room to do anything. I just want to go to the pool, beach, drink, eat and chill. We would definitely go back for a third time.

The property was smaller than depicted on the Expedia site, and the food was mediocre. Additionally, the waves were very strong, which prevented us from swimming in the ocean, which was quite disappointing. However, the staff were very nice

Hotel is cute, beautiful views from the pool. Food is very good; staff is very friendly. I didn’t like: smell weird in the bathroom and in an area in the beach. No entertainment. Clean in the room is deficient.

Absolutely wonderful! Great food, super clean, staff were very friendly. Be careful on the beach. Lot of large stones and kinda hilly. Beautiful overall and I would stay again.
