My husband and I loved being here! The staff was amazing and I mean everyone. The water is so beautiful, I loved the variety of food and the view from our room was outstanding. The value offered in this accommodation exceeded our expectations. Hunter & I hope to return one day soon!

Very nice hotel with an excellent poolside bar and friendly staff. Food was good quality. There were some rough edges here and there on the fixtures and fittings but would come back.

Everything was limited from space to food, entertainment. Oversold the hotel showing pictures of the spa area. Small size elevator, broken steps, just seems too old and not in good condition. I had to change my hotel the next morning.

Water is hot in some rooms and lukewarm in others. Super nice and accommodating staff. Room service is reasonable but don’t try and order more than 3-4 things per trip or they’ll make you wait an exceedingly long time without any ETA. Liquor is definitely watered down (pouring shots into a shaker with ice to “chill” but also adding water) but it’s all inclusive so we don’t mind just ordering more. Great activities to do during the day/night. Food was overall 3/5. Nothing special but they had their strengths and weaknesses.

Very small more like a quiet spot , this would have not have mattered if the food was good, this is the worst food I have ever tasted everything all the restaurants , just had to eat because needed to, went off site and had a burger tasted like haven. Need new food contractors

We loved the feel of the hotel right next to the wonderful beach we had a ground floor room which was a good size and ideal as i have mobility issues it was always kept clean and the fridge replenished daily. Choice of restaurants were very good, food and service were great. Entertainment was mixed but overall a very enjoyable hotel. Our start to the holiday was spoilt by the transfer driver not collecting us and our luggage. The hotel could really do with an alfreso roof bar/ bistro overlooking the lagoon side to experience those wonderful sunsets.

The spa facilities were great. The property is smaller than expected with few amenities or activities to do, which is why I gave 4 stars. The food was decent and the rooms and property were clean. The room service and all-inclusive amenities were great. Overall 4 out a 5 stars.

Overall our experience for 3 days 4 nights at the resort was pleasant. What makes the hotel is the staff. They are so friendly and attentive. The restaurants in the in the inclusive package are descent and again the staff are top notch. NOW, one thing that was so disappointing is the spa for the prices they are charging. The people working at spa are great, but the 3 service rooms and the bathroom facilities need attention NOW. As a spa director having to get a mani and pedi for $153 US dollars in a bucket and sit in a business chair is quite ridiculous. The rooms where my wife and I got a massage were far from “spa quality.” The ceiling fan had mold, the currants had all kinds of stains. They had to make sure to put a towel over my eyes to not pay attention to room. Management fix those three rooms for the price you’re charging for massages!! The bathrooms just need simple repainting and fixing the rust from places. The steam room was nice, but you can’t fix the door handle but instead you add a towel to hold the door closed. Again the staff at the spa were wonderful, but wouldn’t go back to get any services at the spa without renovations to those rooms.

This was a good resort for a quieter getaway. Most nights they are quick to close up the bar early and shut down the music. There also wasn't much going on during the day, so it is a good resort as a home base then travel to do activities. The food was good as well. Good variety and decent taste. Most bread tasted old and some food also needed to be cooked longer. The rooms were good, though the thermometer didn't seem to work. It was freezing regardless of the set temperature. Also when it rained one day, it came through the seal in the toilet area. I almost wiped out due to the unexpected water. I would also bring my own shampoo/ conditioner/ soap next time as it seemed these were low quality. Big difference when compared to the Nuup Spa shower items. Staff were friendly and professional.

We stayed 5 nights in this all inclusive hotel and absolutely loved it! 1. We had booked a sunset view room but the room was situated in such a place that we got both lagoon view and ocean view. I couldn't have asked for anything better. The room was clean and housekeeping cleaned the room whenever we asked them to. It got pretty dirty with sand when we got back from beach and they cleaned it every time. 2. Front desk staff was very courteous in answering our questions. On our excursion days they arranged us to sandwiches to go. 3. The best part of this hotel is the food. We are vegetarians, we had plenty of options everyday. The chefs at the grill obliged our request to clean the table and knife before grilling veggies. There were lots and lots of options for food & dessert. During our excursion days we went to the bakery and got sandwiches to go. The food is perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned and very fresh. 4. The hotel is right on the beach and has fantastic views from every where. The currents are strong, but i walked all along the beach including Playa Delfines, they are no different. The beach along hotel zone are steep, some places have rocks . We had good time playing at the beach. 5. While at the beach we were constantly asked if we needed a drink If you have excursions planned and you'd like to explore hotel zone or relax this is the perfect hotel.

This was my first time in Mexico much less my first solo trip and I couldn’t have chosen a better resort to stay the staff was amazing and so was everyone that was on the property I will not lie the food was mid but that’s just my own opinion other than that the resort was worth it I would definitely recommend
