We really enjoyed our stay before our Disney Cruise. The room was very clean and the hotel staff was extremely accommodating. We’ll definitely stay here again.

close to the cruise ships and its nice they offer drinks at the Tiki Bar - the air fried food is not good though.

The hotel is perfectly OK and the people are nice, decent breakfast and the rooms are large. The A/C system in the room makes a lot of noise, never understood those loud under the window systems, no one uses those except cheap American hotel chains, just odd and they constantly turn off and on all night long. Super annoying, so many better options but I guess this is the cheapest solution for hotel HVAC. Shower didn’t work the first morning after arriving, that doesn’t speak well for hotel maintenance or housekeeping. No daily housekeeping either. glad it was a short stay, I won’t be returning.
