The home has Eastern exposure from the pool/lanai area. The home is on a double lot with lots of privacy from neighbors. Amazing Riverfront Reprieve

After a long year running our company it was so peaceful to just settle in and relax in this riverfront rental. Everything is perfect from thr view, fishing, pool, spa fown to the beds and furniture. It was all comfortable and relaxing. We will return for future relaxation! Thank you Terry for an amazing stay! P.S. the pool system is super easy to work! A major plus as we have stayed in many riverfront rentals in cape coral and they are not always a breeeze to adjust to spa, the lights etc..

Perfect summer vacation

This was our fourth vacation in Cape Coral in the last 3 years. This was by far our favorite house that we have stayed at. The property was exactly as advertised and the beds were actually comfortable for once! Fishing from the dock was great and we caught snapper, ladyfish, sheepshead, and catfish. The kids spent all day in the pool when we weren’t shell hunting on Sanibel. The location was perfect as it is centrally located and close to everything you could need.

Beautiful Home, Great Location

The house was beautiful and just as shown with most everything you need provided. A great location for boats - easy access to the ocean. Beautiful view! Owner and house manager responded quickly to any concerns. I thought the extra electricity charge was rather high for one week for mostly only 2 people but maybe the rates are higher than what we are used to. Fort Myers, Sanibel, Captiva, and even Cape Coral still have a lot of hurricane damage and places closed down including the public beach. Other than that, great place to stay!

Great position to explore from

Excellent property & pool, easy to find, great communication. The boat dock and lift made exploring islands by rented boat so easy, we were able to visit islands not accessible by car. Cayo Costa has some amazingly beautiful beaches. Lots of great restaurants nearby, for fish and meat lovers. Sunrises at the property over the water are just a great way to start a perfect Florida day. Would highly recommend to anyone if they reading reviews and want to know whether this is a good place to stay! Yes it was just perfect!

Absolutely stunning home! Perfect for our family vacation! Definitely keeping as a favorite! We will return again! On a side note …. Fishing was fun from the back yard! Absolutely Perfect

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect property for our vacation in Cape Coral. The pictures online really don't do it justice. The house is updated and tastefully decorated throughout, but the backyard and view of the river are the star of the show. We spent the majority of our time out there when we weren't exploring the area. The location is perfect for that as well because you can get to many different places (Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Naples, to name a few) in 30-45 minutes. Thank you for sharing your amazing house with us!

Great property!

Wonderful home, pool/hot tub and river access for fishing! The house has been updated nicely, pool has new LED lighting and temp controls inside. Property is in a nice location to take in many places (Fort Myers, Sanibel, Naples, Marco Island) and appears to be a safe neighborhood. We hope to come back again!

Hands down best house we've ever rented!

The house was beautiful!! 3 private bedrooms and private baths. Pool was amazing overlooking this huge wide river. Very private and quiet! Everything was amazing including the host. Takes a minute to really figure out the heater on the pool and jacuzzi so make sure you pay attention when the manager gives you a lesson and take notes! We've already recommended this to so many people!
