The west facing vacation home is nestled on a beautiful street with rich palm trees in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood of Southwest Cape Coral. New: Free pickle ball, tennis court, basketball court and playground in walking distance across the water way. Sand's park - 5 minute walk.

Several supermarket, many restaurants and bars are only a five-minute drive away. You can also enjoy beautiful waterfront dining at the Cape Harbour shops, just a five-minute drive from the house. It is also reachable by a 3 mile bike ride or by boat directly from the home.

The beautiful boat dock spans the entire west side of our property. If you decide to rent a boat, you can dock directly at the house and are able to enjoy beautiful boat cruises out to the Florida gulf beaches. A boat "driver's license" is not required in the US.

The closest beach is Cape Coral beach, located on the Caloosahatchee River and is about 10 minutes away by car. The stunning gulf beaches such as Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel and Captiva Island are about a 30-40 minute car drive depending on traffic. You can also reach the beautiful gulf beaches by boat directly from the house which takes about one hour.

All rooms have beautiful porcelain tile flooring and ceiling fans throughout. Both bathrooms reflect a modern design. The floor plan of this home is perfect for two families or families with multiple children with bedrooms and bathrooms on each side of the house and the common areas in the middle.

The living room has a Smart TV, a Sonos sound system, a DVD Player and a landline.

The Master Bedroom (located in the north wing of the house) with a king-size bed, 2 sitting chairs and a Flatscreen smart TV overlooks the pool and has a separate door to the pool area. The modern designed Master Bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower, bath tub and 2 sinks and is located in the north wing of this home with stunning views over the pool and canal. A separate pool-bath with a toilet and a sink is also located on this side.

Another bedroom with a queen-size bed (sleeps 2) is located on this side of the home as well.

The spacious and light-filled kitchen and open-concept living/dining rooms have stunning views over the pool and canal. They are located in the center of the home. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. Enjoy your morning coffee in the sunny breakfast nook or on our kitchen bar. The kitchen has a Nespresso coffee machine, a Keurig coffee maker (please bring your own capsules), as well as a traditional dripping coffee maker.

The indoor dining room has enough seating for 8 people.

We are kid friendly. A baby high chair, 2 baby beds (pack and play), pool and beach toys as well as children’s dishes and cutlery are available as well. The pool can be secured with a pool baby fence upon request (if you are interested, please let me know during your booking for instructions).

The patio dining set on the covered patio seats 8 people. More chairs are located in the garage. You can also enjoy an after dinner cocktail on our cozy patio lounge sofa adjacent to the pool with beautiful sunset views over the wide canal or grill a nice steak on the BBQ grill.

Another bedroom with a king-size bed (sleeps 2) and direct access to the pool is located on the south side of this home. This bedroom also has a Smart TV.

A second bathroom and another guest room (sleeps 2) with two twin beds are also located in this part of the home. This room is perfect for children.

This home is west facing with breathtaking and unforgettable sunset views from the patio and living room. The pool is covered in sunshine all afternoon and evening which helps keeping the pool warm. In addition the pool has an electric pool heater.

The house is also equipped with 4 cruiser bicycles, plenty of beach chairs , beach umbrellas, coolers and a variety of beach and pool toys for our small guests.

One car may be parked in the garage. The other garage space is occupied by the owner. Additional cars may be parked on the driveway.

New: Pickle ball and tennis court in Sands Park one block away from Villa Royal Palms. Sands Park also offers a playground and a basket ball court.

A very quiet, relaxing stay
My wife and I rented this home with some friends for a week (4 of us altogether). We relaxed by the pool every day, and it was nice and quiet (with the exception of the occasional faint slap from the flying fish in the canal!). The screened-in pool area creates the perfect space to hang out and enjoy the sun. The house was stocked with everything we needed (including all the gear for our day at the beach). Everything was incredibly clean upon arrival. There were plenty of options in the area for restaurants, shopping, etc. We will definitely be considering returning when we plan next year's trip!

Beautiful Vacation Home
This property is absolutely perfect. It is located in a beautiful and quiet part of Cape Coral. The entire home is well-maintained and extremely clean. The furniture and beds were comfortable and clean and we loved that the fridge icemaker was large and efficient… We never ran out of ice! The communications and interactions with the owner and property managers was professional, helpful and positive. We really enjoyed the use of the cruiser bikes and also rented kayaks to kayak through the canal. We would book this home again without hesitation.

Lovely home
One of the nicest properties we have visited ,Very well presented with quality furnishings and decor. The pool was a big hit and also the ambiance of the canal. Perfect for a family with bikes,kids toys and beach chairs available. It is located on a beautiful palm tree lined street in a residential area and does require a car to go anywhere .

The perfect vacation home
If you are looking for a perfect vacation home, look no further. This property is ideal. I have used VRBO for many of our vacation adventures, but this one is a gem! Beautifully designed, updated throughout, comfortable, with all the amenities you can ask for, and a fully stocked kitchen. Christina went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, including welcome snacks and refreshments. So thoughtful! Beautiful home.
The house was beautiful in quiet neighborhood. The house had everything you could ever need. The only thing not good was the mattress in the room with single beds. They felt like a crib mattress. Not good for a 30 year old man, but Im sure kids wouldn't mind. Everything was was excellent. The pool was awesome, and being on the water was wonderful.I would highly recommend staying here, you won't be sorry.

The house was beautiful. It was perfect for our family, even though we didnt spend much time in the house. Our boys spent the majority of the time in the pool. We spent the mornings on the dock looking for manatees. Perfect way to get away from the Minnesota winters. Management was easy to get ahold of. Well for sure be back!

The home was perfect for us. Great location, nice amenities. Pool was good size. You have an electric allowance so if you heat the pool you will go over that but it was very reasonable. Being on the canal was relaxing. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The villa was beautiful and very clean. GreT to have bikes, pool toys/ floats, and beach chairs in the garage. I wasnt aware a representative would be meeting us at the house for a check out process. We were a bit surprised when someone showed up at the door at 9am and we were still all in our pajamas. Other than that small inconvenience, the house was great.

We really enjoyed our spring break week here! Very quiet neighborhood, beautiful water view out back, and a nice house with lots of amenities. The pool is heated, which was perfect for Florida's March weather. The kitchen is really well stocked, and there is a grill outback, which made it really easy to cook great seafood meals at the house.

I wanted to make sure that I posted a review for this vrbo listing and our experience. Christina was the utmost professional when it comes to customer service/support. We had difficulty with our flights (canceled at gate). We were unable to get there when initially booked, Christina worked along side of us to make sure that we had the accommodations for our family upon arrival to Florida. I cannot say enough regarding the relief this provided to us. Regarding our stay at the property. It was exactly as described and pictured. The checkin process was easy, we didn't arrive until 4 a.m. We were exhausted and everything was ready and inviting and rest was needed. Beds slept well. Our family was busy throughout the week, grandchildren 11 and 8 so we went to the beach, water park, top golf, etc. On off days we simply enjoyed Christina's home and relaxed. The perfect retreat. Access to many things in the area was easy. The neighborhood was quiet and beautifully lined with palm trees. We truly had a rough start but it was a good good week and we simply cannot say enough about our experience. Please consider, you will not be disappointed. Fabulous house and location
The house is spacious, very clean and comes with a well stocked kitchen, beach accessories, bikes and is in a great location on a quiet palm tree lined street. Christina was very responsive with any questions we had. The pool was warm and we swam everyday even though it was the middle of winter. We also enjoyed riding the bikes, fishing in the canal and enjoying the beautiful sunsets. I highly recommend this property and can’t wait to stay here again next year.

This property & owner are top notch. The house was immaculate, loaded with a ton of amenities. The owner gives you so much information about the area that feel like you have a huge step up on navigating the area. From restaurants, shopping, boat rentals & local tours. The location of the house is really great. It’s just far enough from Cape Coral downtown to seem like you actually live here, yet close enough to drive there in under 10 minutes. The canal in the back of the property was so relaxing to listen to all the birds & fish that would try to entertain us. The beaches here are unbelievable, our favorite was the Gulfside City Park on Sanibel Island. We found hundreds of sand dollars & we even found a starfish. Parking was a little expensive, but totally worth it. The property managers where very friendly & super helpful. Our blender broke on the first day and they had it replaced within an hour. The pool heat didn’t work when they gave us the walk through on Saturday morning. Kat & Lee stopped by less than two hours later and let us know it was fixed. I would highly recommend this property over any other stay I have had in the past. The owner’s description about the property and the helpful information made an easy decision.
