Location - very good, around 15 minute walk to Cardiff Bay and 20/25 mins walk to Cardiff Central/train station. Check in/check out - straight forward and easy instructions despite us arriving around 11pm Property - Felt safe within the complex, didn't use the leisure facilities so can't comment on this. The kitchen had plentiful items and had everything needed to cook a full family meal, nice touch with the milk in the fridge to make a hot drink on arrival. However, the bathroom didn't have a bath mat so had to be very careful when getting in and out of the bath, also noticed what looked like mould on some of the tiling, maybe extractor fan not working? Also noticed in the bedroom that there was cobwebs gathered in the corner near the window/ceiling, so does need a proper clean at some point! Overall a comfortable stay, not in the property much as exploring Cardiff/local areas, walkable to the main attractions/locations. Just needs a few touches added

There were only 2 mugs, 3 dinner plates, 3 forks. With small amounts of washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets this is not the "fully equipped kitchen" we expected. 5 light bulbs needed replacing. The WiFi password is wrong, TWICE. Carpets are dirty. Freezer in dire need of defrosting -VERY difficult to open the drawers. Toilet flush faulty. A shame as it was a nice flat.

Great space and new apartment. Good value for money. Gated site so security is good. Near quayside and restaurants and bars 5 min walk away. Parking is a bit of a nightmare as you get an allocated space but find someone else has taken it or couldn’t find the parking space. But there were plenty of spaces to park outside the apartment just different numbers to what we were allocated.
