This property was perfect for our long weekend getaway. The home hosts plenty of space, comfy beds, a pool thats perfect for swimming, and super-responsive management. Kiawah didn't disappoint either! We enjoyed night walks on the beach, a sunset dolphin cruise, and morning swims. Thanks so much for a great stay!

This property needed repairs. The fencing and pool decking are in decay and the pool had a leak. Interior of the home was fine except there needed to be more lighting in some rooms. The table outside was broken and needs to be replaced with an umbrella as advertised. My overall impression was this property was barely acceptable

Pros: location, clean inside, beds and linens good, TV's good, wifi good, space good. Cons: ice maker didn't work, outside needed better cleaning(front steps, garage area were grimey). Hot tub was dirty, and pool wasn't pristine either. A few other things that could happen anywhere such as towel rack not secure. The property mgr responded promptly but nothing was done about the ice maker and the pool and hot tub were cleaned on the morning of our last day. Yes the literature says they only come once a week but I felt if there was a problem they should have come and fixed it. Just kinda disappointed in their response. They did give us a small refund. But we couldn't use the pool for a couple of days either and with a 2 and 5 year old that was hard. Anyway the pool guy said he had to shock the pool but we got to swim the last day in the afternoon.

Great beach stay (2 fam+kids)
Stayed in June 2022 with two couples and total of four kids. House was perfect size for that group, but definitely no more. GREAT pool and quick walk to the beach (plus lots of beach stuff in the house which is awesome if traveling by plane like we were). There’s significant construction going on next door, which was a little annoying, during the stay and would have liked to know about in advance.

Wonderful Kiawah stay!
This was our first time to Kiawah Island, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The property managers Steven and Sarah were extremely communicative and easy to get a hold of through the entire experience. The house was just as pictured and came equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The house was a 5 min walk to the beach, and it was hugely helpful to have access to the wagon and sand toys for our 3 year old. We hope we can return in the future!

Our family of four really enjoyed this house! Ample space, well equipped and nicely decorated. We loved the hot tub and pool that is surrounded by palm trees. The neighborhood was so fun for bike riding and walking to the beach. We saw alligators and many beautiful birds on our bike rides. The nearby Freshfields village is so convenient with many dining choices and a quaint market.

Overall, my family and I had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and the location was fantastic! We appreciated the beach gear available to us and the welcome bottle of wine and cookies- nice touch:) The owners were communicative during our stay. The only thing that we found a bit lacking was the kitchen equipment. We could have used more serve-ware in particular-- platter to put grilled food on, larger salad bowls, serving utensils, food prep equipment in general. Other than that, we would recommend this property to anyone looking to explore Kiawah Island.

House is extremely spacious with everything you’d need for your stay. The neighborhood is convenient and quiet. Personally not a fan of wooden pool decks so I should’ve paid more attention to that before booking. Owners are the most communicative I have ever dealt with! 6 stars for communication! A few more bugs in the house than I would’ve liked, the large water bug type that may just come with having a house in that area. We also encountered deer in the driveway which was surprisingly nice! Overall a great place to vacation.
