This fully furnished five-star luxury accommodation is perfect for an executive, corporate attorney, families relocating or anyone accustomed to a high level of accommodation, whether for short- or long-term stays. Dogs are welcome with a fee!

Our stately building sits on a half-acre of gently sloping land and faces a quiet lane with a beautifully landscaped median. The large lot provides an ideal place for outdoor entertaining or for a game of croquet and offers unmatched privacy. While maintaining a charming exterior, the building hosts an impressive contemporary interior. As you enter, you are greeted with a spacious living and dining area with an open layout. The residence is full of artwork by local artist Nico Amortigue, well-known for large-scale paintings and installations throughout NC and The Smithsonian.

The living room sofa converts to a very comfortable bed and there's an elegant desk with a view of the front lawn and landscaped median. The living room also has a flatscreen TV which comes with streaming and Hulu Live so you can watch your favorite shows or live sports/news. Our highspeed Wi-Fi allows business travelers to stay plugged into their busy schedules. The living room area includes a half-bath as well.

The kitchen is outfitted with Fisher & Paykel appliances, including a gas range, cabinet-depth refrigeration and Dual Dish Drawers. A marble tiled floor lends a luxurious feel, and custom cabinetry with granite counters and an undermount sink complete the space. The kitchen is fully equipped, with measuring cups and spoons, roasting pans, mixing bowls, garlic press, etc.

A fully stocked wet bar with ice maker adjacent to the large living room offers a spot for socializing.

The dining room, which accommodates 8, leads to a screened porch, perfect for al fresco dining and relaxing.

The dining room leads out to a patio area perfect for sitting and drinking some morning coffee/tea or just enjoying the breeze while relaxing on a comfortable sectional.
The main bedroom, with a king bed and down duvet (synthetic-down duvet available) has two closets, including a walk-in, and a flatscreen TV. The bathroom floors and walls are tiled with Carrara marble, and there are dual showers and a separate water closet. The tiled floor is heated.

The second bedroom has two twin beds, which can be joined together to create comfortable king, and the ensuite bathroom is tiled in marble. The room also comes with a flatscreen TV.

The building has a shared patio that includes a grill, outdoor sofa, and chairs. This is the perfect spot to have a cookout with your party while enjoying the beautiful surrounding scenery.

The property is ideally situated a mile from the Uptown business district, in a park-like setting, on an exclusive residential street, Hermitage Court.

Impressive stone gateways flank each end of the street, and provide a grand entrance to the neighborhood, developed between 1913 and 1925.

Within a half mile walking distance are more than locally owned 40 restaurants (Thai, Italian, French, and Mexican), as well as Starbucks, Panera, and Old Pancake House. Our favorite full-service spots, include Stagioni (Italian), RuRu’s (casual Mexican), and Napa on Providence. If you are looking for local gems, check out Laurel Market, Not Just Coffee, Bond Street Wines, and Fenwick’s.

On the ‘Myers Park Mile,’ you will find many locally owned shops including antiques, fine gifts, wines, and bespoke clothing for men and women. Spring through fall, Simpson’s Farmers Market on Kings is just around the corner and open Tuesday, Friday and Saturday.
Charlotte’s renowned greenway is less than a half mile away. From there, you can bike, run, or walk along the 30 miles of trails. We are also very close to Freedom Park, Dilworth Plaza-Midwood, the Atrium Medical Center (Levine Children’s Hospital, Levine Cancer Institute) and the Novant Hospital complex.

The parks and open walking spaces make the area perfect for those with a furry friend. Well-behaved, quiet pets are allowed in most of our properties with a pet fee. Many of our neighborhood restaurants have patios that welcome dogs.

We love hosting guests for both short- or long-term stays. So, whether you are here for business, pleasure, or visiting someone at either Atrium or Novant Hospitals, our goal is for you to feel at home during your stay.

We'll try hard to accommodate almost any special request, and we live less than 2 miles away, so are readily available should something come up. We look forward to hosting you.

The streetcar to Uptown is a 10 minute walk away. Uber/Lyft are also convenient options, and many bikeshare companies offer inexpensive bikes and scooters.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
