Our first floor luxury residence is ideally suited for executives, attorneys, relocating families or anyone seeking top-notch accommodation for short or long stay. Situated on a half-acre of gently sloping land, our building faces a quiet lane graced with a beautifully landscaped median. The spacious, private lot provides an excellent venue for outdoor entertaining or a friendly game of croquet.
Retaining its enchanting exterior, the building boasts an impressive contemporary interior. Upon entry, you will be welcomed by a spacious open plan living and dining area embellished with artwork by renowned local artist Nico Amortegui, celebrated for his large-scale paintings and installations across North Carolina and The Smithsonian.

Designed with comfort in mind, the living room houses a sofa that easily converts to a cozy bed and offers a stylish desk overlooking the picturesque front lawn. Stay entertained or keep up with current events via the flatscreen TV equipped with streaming and Hulu Live services. High-speed Wi-Fi allows business travelers to remain connected throughout their stay. Additionally, a convenient half bath is located within the living area.
The kitchen boasts premium Fisher & Paykel appliances, featuring a gas range, full-sized refrigerator and dishwasher with double dish drawers. Elegant marble-tiled floors, custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and an under-mount sink provide a stylish culinary corner. The kitchen comes fully equipped with essentials such as measuring cups, spoons, roasting pans, mixing bowls, and a garlic press.

The main bedroom features a king-sized bed with luxurious sheets and a cozy down duvet (a synthetic-down option is available). It includes two spacious closets – one which is a walk-in – and a flatscreen TV. Carrara marble tiles adorn the bathroom’s floors and walls, complete with dual showers and a separate water closet. The heated tiled floor ensures comfort on chilly mornings.
The cozy second bedroom features a pair of twin beds, that for a fee can be conveniently joined to form a comfortable king-size bed. The ensuite bathroom is tiled in marble which enhances the luxurious ambiance of the space. A flat screen TV is also provided in the room.

Majestic stone gateways grace both ends of the street, presenting a grand entrance to the neighborhood, which was developed between 1913 and 1925.

Additionally, numerous establishments in the neighborhood feature patios that are dog friendly. Kindly inform us if you intend to bring your dog along, as some of our residences enforce a no-pet policy.
We love hosting guests for both brief and extended stays. Whether you are in town for business, leisure, or visiting someone at Atrium or Novant Hospitals, our objective is to ensure a comfortable and welcoming experience during your stay. We strive to fulfill any special requests and we are easily accessible should any unexpected issue arise. We look forward to hosting your stay. During your stay, a workstation is available for $10 per day. This includes a 32” monitor, a wireless keyboard, and mouse for your convenience.
We have a very strict non-smoking policy and there is a substantial penalty for guests that violate this policy.

Getting Around:
The streetcar to Uptown is a 10 minute walk away. Uber/Lyft are also convenient options, and many bikeshare companies offer inexpensive bikes and scooters.
Other Things to Note:
The residence is located in Myers Park, one of the nicest, most pedestrian-friendly neighborhoods in the city where generations of prominent Charlotteans have made their home.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
There are four residences in the building, all with screened porches. The upstairs units offer partial skyline views of Uptown Charlotte, and all offer the privacy and seclusion of one of Charlotte's premier streets.
To ensure the safety and well-being of our guests, we require all guests to complete an ID verification and background screening upon booking. Link will be sent after booking and only takes about 3-5 minutes to complete.
Guests must be at least 25 years old to make a reservation, and this rule is strictly enforced. The information is collected for verification only and is not stored or used for any other reasons.
Please observe quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
Our property has a zero tolerance for parties, unruly behavior, loud music, disrespectful or unlawful activities. Violations will warrant forfeit of their entire reservation and may incur additional fees.
Single beds can be joined into a king-sized bed for a one-time $50 fee.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome at most of our residences for a fee. Guests may only bring a maximum of two dogs.
Smoking any substance is strictly prohibited on the premises and may result in a $300 penalty.
A pack n’ play and/or highchair can be requested for use with at least a 24-hour advance notice.
