Dear Sir/ Madam, We acknowledge with thanks for valued feedback. Thank you for sharing your appreciation on the location which you have qualified as nice. The décor in the accommodation at Shanti Maurice is of timeless elegance. We understand that this style may not be to your taste which we respect. Thank you for sharing the comments on breakfast and service efficiency. However, we are not sure to understand your feedback concerning breakfast. For breakfast, we offer a buffet and an A La Carte service which is highly appreciated by our esteemed clientele. The variety and the quality of the cuisine including the pastries is always very much praised. Your comment qualifying the breakfast as dreadful is vague. While we welcome all comments positively for further service improvement, we are now unable to locate the areas of improvement. We offer training to our associates on a daily basis in view of offering an irreproachable service at all levels. We have 250 team members for only 61 Suites and Villas. While we respect your views on no staff efficiency, we do not share the same opinion. We have numerous positive comments on staff appreciation. There are 4 restaurants on site, as well as a coffee shop/cafΘ and a nearby snack bar/deli. You can enjoy a drink at one of the bars, which include 2 bars/lounges, a beach bar and a poolside bar. A computer station is on site and WiFi is free in public spaces. This luxury resort also offers a complimentary children's club, a children's pool and outdoor tennis courts. Free self parking and valet parking are available. Smoking is allowed in designated areas at this 5-star Chemin Grenier resort.
