The property was great. It was clean and very quiet. Only thing i did not like is you couldn't take your "free breakfast" to your room. I work nights so the timing was perfect, however i wanted to shower, eat and go to bed . Not eat in the dining area :(

The breakfast could use a little bit of improvement. The apple juice was watered down. A long with the waffle mix. That makes the waffles gooey when you put the syrup on it and butter.. Waffle mix be thicker with make a better waffles. You’re not allowed to take your breakfast to your room, although there are refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms.. Found that..

The experience at this hotel was extremely frustrating. Check-in was a nightmare due to incorrect information on Expedia and the hotel's website, leading to refusal of accommodations and perceived age discrimination by staff. After four hours of disputes, we finally got into a dirty room with stained towels and carpet. When we requested new towels, none were provided. An altercation in the lobby required police intervention, but staff did not assist. The room key was repeatedly de-magnetized, and the front desk staff were rude about replacements. During check-out, the card malfunctioned again, and despite explaining the situation, staff threatened to charge for an extra day. After further delays, we received a new key but were threatened with a ban for having an unlisted guest. (Our friend came to visit for a few hours but didn't spend the night) Honestly being banned would be great since I will never step foot in any La Quinta Inn for the rest of my time on earth!

First issue: We felt unsafe because someone kept coming and checking and standing by our door. Second issue: The bathroom was ring around the tub dirty and it even had a dirty washcloth still on the shower rod. Side note: the ladder is still there.
