The room itself was ok. Although, it did not have a microwave as described. We were traveling with young children and planned for a microwave. There was a community one in the lobby we had to use. The hotel was not in the best shape and parking was terrible. The pool did not have towels even after requesting them. We also were unable to get an extra blanket as they did not have any. The accommodations were terrible.

This hotel worked for our short stay in Chicago. Not a bad option if you need to stay downtown but dont want the downtown hotel prices.
