Hello team and hope all is well. The staff at the front desk,,,, hands down was the best in a long time. Not the best at names: Josh/Justin greeting people and letting people know about the deals. Candy & Candace were the best, they had everyone happy and were so helpful. NOT GOOD- Parking at the hotel does not need to be so high for folks that stay with you. The team and I are looking where to stay on the next trip. Patric

The location and amenities made for the most stress free Chicago exploration we’ve ever had. Breakfast was alright, the line moved slow for made to order, but we got the already made food. Lots of people made for waits in food lines and elevators but never terrible.

Excelente hotel y excelente servicio! Todo el personal muy amable en especial Abraham fue súper amable con nosotros. El desayuno fue excelente, los 2 muchachos que cocinan los omelets también fueron súper amables y educados. Está muy bien ubicado!. Lo único que no me encanto es que las camas son pequeñas, deberían renovar por camas queen. De resto es un hotel excelente. Volveré sin duda.

Our room was lovely. There were a few small areas looking a little worn and needing repair. But we were very comfortable and the suite was roomy. I was so glad we upgraded to the superior room that came with a tray of goodies and upgraded coffee. We got in late and it was perfect while we waited for dinner to be delivered. The hotel was overrun with high school students, but they put us on the top floor where it didn't seem there were any students. 😍

We’ve been staying at this hotel for years and watched it slowly decline. It’s a very convenient location and great for traveling with our 4 kids but the rooms can use some updating. Peeling paint in the bathrooms, rust/ stains on toilet seat, very slow draining bathtub, torn carpets, super uncomfortable pull out couch (even for our 3 and 5 yr old) and lumpy mattresses on reg beds. Service is good, we needed extra towels and they brought them right up, staff at reception and breakfast were friendly and upbeat.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience with the Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile. Upon check-in, I was assigned a room that was immediately unacceptable due to numerous cleanliness issues, including blood on the toilet paper, dirty and stained towels, rusted tub conditions, and unclean furniture. I was reassigned to another room that was equally unsatisfactory, with similar cleanliness problems, stained furniture, and unvacuumed floors. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was told none were available, which only added to my frustration. Given the lack of response from both staff and management, I was forced to leave the hotel immediately. This experience was completely unacceptable.
