Very convenient to multiple destinations in the western Chicago suburbs. Apparently short staffed as bathroom was only serviced once in a 6-day stay. I'm fine with the rest of the room being undisturbed.

I had the pleasure of working with Julieta and she took care of any requests we had. She was very easy to talk to and made us feel at home. The pool was the best temperature one could ask for. Breakfast was good and hot. I would definitely recommend you come here if you’re in the area.

Hotel incorrectly booked my room as a handicap room, which was not necessary so upon check-in they had to change my room which took a little bit of time. After a long night out, I come back only to find that I’m locked out of my room because my keys did not work. I went down to the front desk and explained the issue to them and their response was oh yes, we didn’t know who was in that room so we reset the keys. I don’t even know how that could happen and why they would do that I was very annoyed by that .
