They put me as a no show even though I noted late arrival in my reservation. We arrived late and clerk did not know how to fix so we had to secure second reservation. Manager was able to credit one nights stay the following day.

Maggie and Robert were friendly and helpful. Maggie made sure our room was ready, allowing us time to prepare for our event. The room was clean and spacious. The staff and location of your hotel helped make our stay that much more wonderful.

Comfortable stay despite service lapse.
The room was comfortable- quiet; comfy bed, dark curtains made sleep easy. We did ask ahead for the sofa bed to be made up, and then once again, and it was not. However, staff provided us with linens and pillows at the desk at 11pm. The parking garage entrance was not user friendly and we have used many similar systems! We had difficulty getting it to work.

This is my third stay at this hotel for business purpose. The staff is and has always been very pleasant and accommodating, I highly recommend this hotel for a preferred choice of lodging as it rates better than some high end hotels that I have not been as pleased with thus the reason I continue to return!

The hotel itself was very nice. However, I was advertised a room with 2 beds and only received one. When I inquired about this, the man with brown hair and a beard and glasses refused to sell me another room even though more where available. He then offered a rollaway bed only to say later that they never had them. When confronted he was very rude and flustered. He doesn’t need to be working front desk if he is going to lie like that and be rude when confronted. Other staff were nice, however, and the room we did have was nice and clean.

Unique having a hotel in the middle of a shopping mall. The layout of this hotel is not convenient for elderly, as there is only one elevator for guests and it's at the very end of the long strip of rooms. There also wasnt a staircase available for regular use, nor a second entrance in the middle or at the other end. I booked a room next to my grandma but they gave me one a floor above. I had to walk the entire length of the hotel, wait for the elevator, then walk the length of the hotel again to get to her. I also didn't find any late night dining/drinks within walking distance on a Friday. Everything closed by 10 or 11pm. This place would be great for daytime activities and dining. All in all the stay and staff were fantastic. Hearty breakfast too.
