Great hotel. Would recommend and would stay again. Very convenient to the airport and the staff was so helpful and friendly. The room had some slight wear and tear but was very clean and comfortable. Overall great stay and again great staff.

The location near O'Hare airport was great for picking up and dropping off at the airport. The breakfast bar was very well stocked with many options, including omelets, hot cinnamon rolls, cereals, oatmeal, and a great coffee machine. The room was clean, but you must request maid service if you want it reset. Parking is $20.00 a day on top of your room rate. Also, the TV in the room shows an option to cast from your device but it doesn't work which is a shame cause the TV channel selection was mediocre. I overheard another family asking about it at the desk, the same as I did. Suggestion to Holiday Inn: if you have a TV that offers casting from a device, install the equipment on the TV that will allow it. I dock hotel 1.5 for the parking fee and the inability to use an option that appears to be available. One more thing, it is near an interstate and our room faced this but it was barely audible especially if the room fan is turned on.

It was very convenient as I had a early morning pickup at O Hare. Just a 6 min drive to the airport. The room was pretty quiet and the breakfast was good. The hotel is clean and modern. The room was very nice.
