I Booked for 2 nights and prepaid for 2 double beds for 3 people. When we arrived staff at the reception said they have “upgraded “ us to a room with a king bed and a sofa bed; I said no, I paid for it and Iso want the 2 double beds. The reception said that there’s no available room with double beds as the manager from the earlier shift changed our reservation . So anyways, he said there will be a sofa bed; but then, when we got into the room, there was no sofa bed! So they sent a rollaway bed intead which was so uncomfortable. I complained and they said he will leave a note for the manager who changed our reservation in the morning but nobody really reached out to me. Also The room was old and you can hear the noise from the outside. Very disappointed and not worth the $1247.85 other resort fees. Never will I book in this hotel again. Not recommended! Poor service and management!!

Property is in a great location. The staff that we came into contact with were nice. The resort fee we were told upon check in was already paid for with my booking and my credit card was on for incidentals, yet I was charged a $96.00 resort fee. I had already paid almost $1900.00 for 3 nights. The room was spacious, view was nothing spectacular other than a roof with cigarette butts. The bathroom needs some serious updating. The ceiling I. The bathroom had very noticeable water damage. Again great location, but extremely overpriced hotel. Should not be considered luxury.
