Wonderful corner room with plenty of space. Room could have been cleaner as there were candy wrappers and hair ties on the floor. The staff were outstanding. So thoughtful, helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

The room was impeccably clean, and the modern design added a touch of luxury. There is a wall that separates the bed from the sitting area and the room is spacious for Chicago standard. The bath robe was an added bonus. We will stay here again!

Next to the train but we couldn’t hear it. Perfect spot. One block to State Street shopping and 1 1/2 blocks to Michigan Ave. half block to public parking and the people working the front desk are awesome! Room is clean and comfortable! We would for sure stay here again! Easy access to the bus on State St. to go to the Watertower area of shopping and Cheesecake Factory!

TV was terrible. Outdated and terrible picture and sound. Some stains, broken knobs, etc in the room. A lot of small issues we typically don’t see in other hotels in the area.

It was a great spot to walk to all of the sites. Subway is nearby. Patty at the reception desk was amazing and gave us out of owners the scoop on everything in and outside of the hotel. Warning...it's noisy outside the hotel. It's Chicago, so par for the course. Inside was very quiet. Beds were comfortable. We had 4 towels for 2 people. Rooms are smaller than they look online.

Clean, friendly, convenient, beautiful building, self parking was a great option to the valet that was also offered. Close walk to everything, cta lines, waterfront. Would definitely recommend.
