Here's a review you could use for Harrison Hot Springs Resort: --- **Disappointing Anniversary Stay** My partner and I chose Harrison Hot Springs Resort to celebrate our anniversary, and we were extremely disappointed. Given the higher prices and the resort's reputation, we expected a much better experience. The room was incredibly outdated and small. They advertise a queen bed, but it was clearly a double, and we kept almost falling off the bed. The pillows were uncomfortable, making sleep difficult. Food options at the resort are very limited, and everything closes by 10 PM. There’s no room service available either, which felt like a major downside. For the price, I expected much better amenities. There was no microwave in the room, so if you need to heat something up, you have to walk all the way to the lobby. The pools were decent, but they’re just regular warm pools, not the natural hot spring experience people expect. Overall, it was not worth the money, and we left feeling disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend it for a special occasion, nor for families with small kids.

We used to come here every year before Covid and this was our first trip back. The overall maintenance of the resort is in need of a refurbish. None of the side table lamps were working in the room, the shower head was full of calcium and barely worked. There was a huge clump of hair caked on the shower wall. They get you for a $25 resort fee upon checking out, which clearly isn’t going back to where it would be needed. They used to have an afternoon high tea that is no more. Stuff wasn’t too friendly or helpful either. Overall, this resort clearly takes advantage of the only thing that’s going for it; the pools. With more and more beautiful places popping up around, we will opt for somewhere else in Harrison next time.

We used Expedian booking platform for discounted stay. When we arrived, we were provided with a terrible room #336 with window no view of anything, other than roof access. The room was on roof level. The room had many repaired walls with panel blocks screwed onto the wall. Several part of the Wallpaper peeling off. The bathroom sink and toilet are SO LOW for anyone. The bathroom sink had a long line of crack. The heater vent is right underneath the curtains and it keeps blowing the curtain exposing the room visible from the flat servicing room. This room looks like for employees usage, not for paying guest room. Very disappointed!!

Always enjoy this resort but it is getting a bit tired in the resort ! Tiles missing in the springs and stains on some carpets ! Would not have seen this some years ago

This resort is all about the pools and they are amazing! The property is very nice ..lots of great dining options. Very walkable through the town of Harrison. My only complaint..and it's not really a complaint is our room was in the older wing and it could use with some updating. But again..it's all about the pools!! Will definitely come again.

The service was terrible, especially for how much they charge! The spa was good and reasonably priced but everything around there is expensive and the hotel has no daily room cleaning. We stayed 3 nights and our room was never cleaned, visited, coffee toped up or anything. And if you require a larger size robe, they don't have that either. For the price, go to a real spa that provides fancy evening turn down service, daily cleaning, and nice spa products n/c as part of your turn down service.
