Not like pictured. Dining menu is 10 years out of date. Closed an hour before listed. Check in was a nightmare. Was fine for what we needed but would rather drive the extra hour to a bigger place then stay again

The design of the hotel is very typical of the area and beautiful. However, the hallways smell musty and the rooms are not ventilated and cleaned thoroughly. The water pipes need to be renovated, water tastes like metal. The situation with the breakfast restaurant is terrible. Vouchers without drinks, taxes and tips.

Even though I have complementary free breakfast, still they charged the tax amount $5 from me. I've stayed in many Holiday Inn and other hotels earlier with free breakfast, but never paid a single penny extra for that.

Very peaceful and therapeutic area, beautiful landscape. Great place to escape overcrowded fast paced loud urban lifestyle. Canyon De Chelly is within walking distance. Staff was very kind and accommodating, we forgot some toiletries and front desk was able to help us at no cost. Only complaint is the shower was not draining properly. Which was not a big deal since we booked another room for our additional guests, we used their shower as it was draining properly.

We paid for breakfast on our trip but didn’t get to eat. They said their restaurant was closed. We also asked housekeeping to come when we left the room because we stayed 2 nights. They didn’t come at all. But the cleanliness was great.

I can't really say much because we arrived after 7p. The staff at check in was nice. I didn't like that it was difficult to find our room because of the parking lot and property was dark and the parking lot was tight. There wasn't alot of light outside to see the room number. But other than that, it was a nice 1 night stay

Very nice

Staff was friendly and the location is beautiful. Only thing to note was there was no mention of the fitness center there until you asked. Other than that it was a wonderful stay overall!
