* I liked how the room I stayed in was like a studio. However, you could also break it into sections. For example, you could close the curtain to distance yourself from the tv and sofa.
* The curtains to the outside were great! It was like a projection screen. You could completely block out the outside world and sleep without waking up with the day light.
* They were short staffed. I stayed there four days. I asked for someone to come and do basic cleaning for me on the third day. The receptionist came up while I was out and replaced my towels. But that was all she could do. She said they only had the one housekeeper that day. So not sure if this was a normal thing or not.
* The pillows are super soft. In other Hilton like hotels like Hampton, they have three sets of pillows. One for firm, soft, and medium firmness. Not sure why this place doesn’t do that. That would definitely help them and their customers.
Overall excellent experience except for those two minor things I stated above. I highly recommend!
