Front desk staff had her children with her and family using the pool, closing it to guests. Rude, unhelpful, and made us feel uncomfortable. Don't recommend and won't stay there again.

Do not stay here. I read reviews and they seemed fine, but not sure why. Very run down and dirty rooms. Bathroom shower was falling apart and the curtain did not come down far enough so bathroom was soaked. We got home from tennis at midnight and got into bed and found sheets with dirty brown/red spots on top sheet and bottom sheet in same spot???? Had to go and ask for new sheets and remake the bed which was not fun. The carpet felt damp and I did not want to step on it with bare feet. Fridge falling out of cabinet when you open it. Room just had lots of maintenance issues and looked gross. Area around hotel not super safe… nightclub a few blocks down and industrial area down the road. On a plus side the pool area was very nice.. maybe that is where good reviews come from or we just got a very bad room. My son said, I just want to get out of here as fast as possible on the morning. The water pressure was good and the beds were pretty comfortable, and staff was nice, other than that not much good.

Not a bad hotel, Excellent pool. Room good size, bathroom old style tub, shower curtain was useless. Breakfast was poor, large crowd and 20mins later still food and drink items were not replenished. Garbage was overflowing, tables not cleared off. Breakfast ended too early 9 Am.

The hotel was nice and the staff was AMAZING. From the bubbly personality of the gentleman that checked us in to the lady that was over the breakfast area who was genuinely friendly everyone there was great! 10 out of 10 would recommend this hotel and my family would be happy to stay here again!
