We were able to get adjoining rooms as I requested which was a plus! Breakfast was good for being free. Room was clean overall. Some things might be showing wear and tear, but this hotel is definitely good value for the money.

The rooms were pretty nice, though ours seemed to have some level of an underlying smell that we couldn't quite identify. But it was pretty minor and likely related to what is used to clean the room. The breakfast was pretty good there and they had a nice area for breakfast as well as a lobby lounge area. It was very convenient to the Sharonville convention center and looked a lot better than the hotel directly connected to it. The elevators were a bit on the small size, just barely large enough for a luggage cart to fit in. The boiler also went out one day during our stay, but the staff there worked overnight so there was hot water again the next morning. So congrats on a fast fix there!

This is a nice hotel, close to the Freeway, but quiet. The restaurant options have changed, the information about the restaurants should be updated. Someone had placed a rock to hold the exit door open near the pool. This might constitute a security issue. The young man at the front desk, was really nice, friendly and upbeat.

It was a convenient place to stay for us as it was right next door to the convention centre. For someone who didn’t have a car for transportation, there was only 1 restaurant nearby for food. Everything else was an uber drive away. The shower head in our bathroom was flimsy and didn’t have much water pressure. There was marijuana odour in the hallways. I found that there is a lot waste where the breakfast is as we had to use paper plates and plastic utensils.

Awful- do not waste your money here
The front lobby was nice and smelled fresh and clean. The person who checked us in was very nice. Our room did not meet our expectations. When walked onto the second floor it has a very strange order. Like smoke and mustiness. The room was a nice size. When my son sat on the bed it sunk it. When he layed on the bed metal hit the floor. My husband asked about a different room, however we were told maintenence guy would come and he was able to fix the bed, but he had to take it apart. Which overall bed was cheap. It was not a pleasant night of sleep for the three of us. When we ran the bath there was ants in the bathtube water. Black specks came out of the water spouts. The toilet was not stable. The air conditioning worked well and it was great to have a fridge of this size in the room. The free breakfast was cold and not edible. We went out for breakfast die to this reason. I would not recommend staying at this property or any other owned by this company. Especially for the price paid. Extremely disappointed overall. If we could of found another place to stay during this event, we would have left.

For the price, this has been one of my favorite hotels of all time! Breakfast was great, lobby was well kept, staff was incredibly friendly, bed was comfy, room was clean and spacious! My only nitpicking critique is that the bathrooms need some work....old and blah. My shower head was angry!
