Fabulous Christmas Retreat

Our family stayed here for two nights. We had a fantastic stay. The home is gorgeous and wonderfully decorated for the holidays. The kids enjoyed the movie theater and playing games. I would certainly stay here again. We are blessed with a big family who enjoys spending time together.

We will be back!!

Perfect place for our company retreat/Christmas party! Sometimes you rent a VRBO and it can be sort of “cold” and stale and be filled with a hodge podge of things-or missing essentials for a stay in a home. Not this place! This was like visiting a family member or friends that live there full time. Cozy, beautiful, has everything you could possibly need, beautiful interior, most comfy beds I’ve stayed in at any VRBO, and the layout was so perfect for our party of 10! Cindee, Thank you for opening up your home to us and others who are visiting this beautiful area! Can’t wait to come back!

Annual Family Getaway

Perfect space for our big family! Huge living space upstairs and down. We loved the piano, deck/patio, big fire pit, hot tub and media room. It was exactly what we were after.

Beautiful home

Our family stayed here for our wedding weekend. Shauna was a huge help and even helped us retrieve a left behind item. The single bedroom is through the big bedroom with four beds. It was one question I had that got answered by the property managers that I thought would be helpful to explain. Christmas tree was up and it was stunning!

Amazing weekend retreat for families.

We had had larger group with several families including young children and the house was a perfect fit! As advertised there were abundant sleeping options making it comfortable for all. The house was fully equipped with cozy fireplaces, hot tub, dual washer and dryers, and amply stocked kitchen supplies. We never could figure out the home theater sound system, but we didn't bother the host because there were plenty of nice large screen tv's to use. However, the Host was quick to respond with any other questions or needs. We really enjoyed the Suncadia resort and for sure would book here again with a large group.

Spring Break Stay

The property is clean. Things that can be better is more trash bins. Around 15 bags of garbage was left in the garage causing smell to come inside the house which the manager emptied the following day, a breaker tripped when a hair dryer was plugged into the basement room causing 2 rooms to not have power, Wi-Fi was slow which prevented use of the movie theater (kids were disappointed). Other than that, everything is great about the property.

PEACE AND TRANQUILTIY ALL IN ONE

Every year we do a destination get away to build memories with the family. This place did not disappoint. From large rooms where we could all gather, to a scenery of beauty for long peaceful walks to playing in the park with little ones. The snow added a slice of beauty. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed (I brought my own espresso machine). There was faulty wiring or I should say mismatched cords in the theatre room; but the property manager was very responsive and took care of it immediately. Everything from the beginning to the end was a delight. and we built many memories on this trip. We are all excited for our next trip....

Wonderful house for a ladies weekend

We had a wonderful stay at this house. Rented it for a girlfriends weekend and the house was perfect. It was clean, had a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook the food we brought and great space to hang out and relax. Short drive to Swiftwater, which was perfect. Would definitely come back to this house.

PERFECT FAMILY GETAWAY

We chose this place because it seemed to fit our large group needs and we where right. From the time we got to the place we where kindly greeted by a polite lady who was very attentive to any and all our needs. She was very communicative through out our entire stay, and answered our questions with promptness and clarity. The house is really nice and well kept. The area is nothing short of spectacular. I truly recommend people to rent this place, they will not be disappointed and will have an amazing time in an amazing place.

Great getaway

Just returned from a 4 day getaway. I have to begin with the UNBELIEVABLE experience we had with Cindee and Shauna. They were an absolute dream team to work with. Quick to respond and very accommodating. Overall, we had an amazing time away. The house is beautiful, and was plenty of room for our large family of 13. Although the house is dated in it's decor, and doesn't exactly reflect the pictures posted, it was everything we needed. We would be confident to stay here again.

Why is the review titled AWESOME? The location Things to do Beautiful sights Property Staff-All were AWESOME This was the first trip to Suncadia for our family. We are an outdoor family who enjoys indoor comforts, at the end of the day. We couldn’t have made a better selection. The house was grand, but homey. It was well appointed and designed for a good sized family. The ten of us could find quiet spaces to read or join together for meals ,movies or mixing at the fire pit. The outdoor furniture on the spacious deck and around the large fire pit . The kitchen was designed to easily feed a large group. Our family, including a classically trained chef, enjoyed the prep area, range, cooling appliances, and either a green egg smoker or gas grill on the deck. The meals were served on a comfortable table seating 10.. Lots of spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Hope I don’t sound like a realtor..I’m not. Let me take a few moments to praise the contact persons who worked with me before arrival and during our stay.. I’ve rented many homes during the last two decades and have NEVER worked with customer contacts as pleasant, suppotative and available to answer any questions. Yeah to Cindee and especially our on site contact, Shauna.

Nice location and the house was great size to accommodate a large group

The cleanliness needs to be better. I wish they would have disclosed they had cameras in the hone instead of me finding it in the living room . Everything needs a little maintenance. The supplies could be better but I Reccommend taking your own garbage bags and dish soap ect.

Great home in Suncadia

The home is very well set up and comfortable for groups. The house is very nice with lots of amenities. Plenty of areas for all to hang out and have space. Good for kids. There are a few maintenance items that need to be tended to ( light fixtures out) and the overall cleanliness upon arrival could be improved. Overall a great rental and the support from the property manager during the stay was very good.

More than I expected.

More than I expected. Our stay was wonderful. The only issue we had was trying to figure out the TV in the movie room. Not sure that I would’ve gotten it done if my husband didn’t do it. There’s plenty a room in the house to spread out. Everything you need. Some of the lights didn’t work. But a very peaceful setting. Great people to work with.

Everything you could ask for

We enjoyed everything about this property. The ownership was very personable and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We feel blessed to have chosen this home to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday. We are hoping to return in the near future!!
