The hotel is old. No daily room service provided. The breakfast was $24 which was not worth it. Parking garage elevator was broken and the parking garage was dirty - full of bugs and cobwebs.

Front Desk was friendly and helpful. All the basics of the room were satisfactory. The hotel needs a facelift and the cleaning of room needs checkup from staff. Windows dirty, shower had black mold around support handle, feet of the bathroom cabinet need cleaning with back of the cabinet floor dirty.

Overall our stay at the property was okay. Hotel was clean in public spaces, but found our room to be dirty and dusty. Shower head was dirty and old, along with towels with stain and makeup on them. Was frustrated upon check in that the pool was not open. When I booked, this was listed as an amenity. I then also tried to contact the property prior to our arrival to confirm the pool was open among other things (as I know alot of hotels never opened their pools back after COVID), and was ghosted by the hotel. Also need more luggage carts. When we arrived we needed one, and found them both in use. We had to wait a while to gain access to one. This seemed to be a common thing we saw when passing through the lobby. Location was good. Cookies were good.

We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the hotel. The first room we were given had vomit on the floor and bedskirt that had not been cleaned up at all. The second room had a tub that was visibly dirty, with hair on the bathroom floor, a card reader on the door that only worked every other time, and a broken light fixture to name a few of the things we saw. The location in proximity to the stadium was awesome, the parking was convenient and the staff was all very friendly, but this hotel is desperately in need of an upgrade and some deep cleaning,

When we arrived we were told that our double room was not available and because we had booked it through Expedia it was not guaranteed. They gave us another room with a queen bed and said our other person could sleep on the pull-out couch. The mattress of the pull-out couch had an enormous blood stain on it as well as no linens. When we went to inquire about linens we were told that the hotel was out of blankets so they gave us two sheets. We were able to switch to a double room the next day. I think they are having trouble keeping a housekeeper.
