The breakfast staff are amazing. Ana was very patient when my card declined bc of fraudulent activity on my account. After several minutes I thought of another way to pay. Very embarrassing for me but Ana handled it in such a professional manner.

This was our pick for eclipse viewing. Last minute booking so the room wasn't cheap, but this was a very nice hotel and the staff members were uniformly helpful and eager to please.
