This beachside complex has direct beach access, a heated pool, tennis courts, and shuffleboard. The location could not be better: all the restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping are nearby.

This two-bedroom condo features an open kitchen with recent updates, including new lighting, backsplash, appliances, counters, flooring, fixtures, and cabinets in the kitchen and bath. As it is a first-floor unit, access is easy, with no steps to haul groceries. The sliding door makes entry even more manageable and provides lots of natural light. Adding to the list of conveniences, this unit also has a complete laundry with a stackable washer and dryer and a new Whirlpool dishwasher in the kitchen. A new a/c unit was recently installed.
