I will not be rebooking with this location. The elevators were broken all weekend Stayed for two nights having to go up and down the 3rd floor with a new born (car seat) and two toddler with our luggage or daily activities was horrible. The jacuzzi was broken while the pool was freezing.

The elevator is out of order with no promise to get it fixed. There is no air conditioner on the 3rd floor hallway, with no promise to get it fixed. The laundry is out order. The room was hot when we walked in so we had to turn the air conditioner way down and then left the hotel instead of resting so it would cool off. The refrigerator was off so none of the items we brought to put in it were able to be refrigerated., Extremely slow internet.

The check in was pleasant and easy. The hotel is 3 stories and their elevator does not work. The sign says due to a hurricane. The hurricane 4 months ago so uncertain why it’s not fixed. We were there for us few days so had to carry all of our stuff up the stairs. There could be something on their website to tell customers this before booking.

Had to make a same day, last minute reservation and honestly thought I was reserving the one off of University, but this was a nice, clean hotel and were able to accommodate us. I would stay here again.

Comfort Suites is my favorite place to stay when I visit my Aggie. The only downside to this visit was that the elevator was broken and my room was on the 3rd floor. However, the hotel communicated this to me beforehand.

While the room was fine, the bathroom needed some updating on the plasterwork. Breakfast was good. We were surprised by the number of signs of things not working (elevator, third floor laundry, vending machines, etc). This did not impact our stay, just made us second guess our choice as we walked to our room.

We were not given the room type we booked through Expedia. Neither Expedia or the hotel would refund the difference even though both agreed we were owed it. The hotel elevator did not work, which was inconvenient. The room was actually completely acceptable, they just gave us a smaller room with no kitchen and when Expedia called the hotel to inquire about a refund the clerk hung up on them. When I asked the clerk upon check out, he said to go through Expedia. Bad business in general and Expedia did not want to deal with it either.

Internet was not working except at main desk, elevator had been out three months, main desk told us owners had no intention on fixing it, Ice machine not working on first floor had to go to second.. remember no elevator..

The room had a nasty smell, not sure where it was coming from. Bathroom walls needed to be cleaned. There was conditioner on shower tile. Breakfast area was warm in morning (and I’m normally cold). Not a lot of parking and no entrance from back of property. Won’t be back.
